I stayed with my family for four days and our stya was very comfortable. Hotel is located at a very convenient spot with respect to conveyance, metro station is at walking distance. Many touristic locations are close by including 7/11s. Overall it was very experience, good food, friendly staff and awesome location

Clean property. Very helpful and good nature d staff. Placed very centrally in the area. Malls and food court all around with connections to the train stations very close by

The staff is very friendly and caring, they even let you check in early. The breakfast is great, will multiple food options!

No vegetarian option in breakfast

The rooms were comfortable to stay, location was fine but when it comes to vegetarian option in breakfast they had nothing to give apart from bread fruit and cold salad,

Excellent location- close to the metro and in close to chatuchak and other locations. Lots of eating places around. Mcdonald’s in the hotel complex which the kids loved. The staff was very helpful too. The only negative features were the room size - queen size beds + no view from the room. Also the breakfast buffet was average even though staff again was very helpful. If you’re a vegetarian you may struggle with the breakfast.

Was greeted by the front desk upon my arrival with room already prepared. They were super friendly and hospitable. I had a great experience there with good facilities, clean room and decent breakfast

Convenient location. There are several good restaurants and shopping malls around. The buts station is very near from the hotel.

Located well on main road, but no bell boy for luggage, have to carry your own bags. Secondly we reached by noon but got the room by 15. 15 hrs. So overall not value for money.

Good hotel with conveniently located from siam paragon, no indian breakfast available, very limited options for vegetarian. Rooms are good with nice view

We wish more options were there for the breakfast for e. G. Basic potato wedges or hashbrowns is common but could not find on any day at breakfast. As such great location and friendly staff.

Aircon not working

The aircon was not working for one full night and stay was extremely uncomfortable, we shifted to another floor and there also it was the same condition.

Holiday inn express siam is located just next door to the main shopping areas of bangkok. Which makes it very attractive for visitors wanting to do lots of shopping. Besides the rooms are very comfortable, service is excellent and to top it up the hotel serves a sumptuous breakfast included in the room rate.

This property is very efficiently run and the location is excellent. The rooms are a little small though, and i missed small things like having body lotion and conditioner in the bathroom. Also, would have been nice if the hotel had a restaurant and room service, though there are lots of eateries close by. The cleanliness is commendable and we had a very pleasant stay

Don’t stay if you’re on a vacation

Hotel staff is not at all friendly. You won’t feel welcomed at all. There is no restaurant in the hotel or any kind of room service. You have to carry luggage to the room by yourself. The rooms are quiet small. The good thing about the hotel is it’s locations. Majority of places are nearby and commuting is easy.
