Very nice stay at le fen-ix bangkok sukhumvit value for money overall we enjoyed alote there at the hotel location is very good near by sukhumvit market

No towel, no shower, no wifi, no tv and pathetic hotel, do not go there, dirty floor and the entire hotel got same kind of room

Pathetic exper

Room was in a pathetic condition. Bed sheet was not fresh toilet walls and floor were dirty glass walls and glass door had stains asked for a tooth brush and tooth paste they said they don't provide there was no handwash towel provided was torn. It took them more than 24 hours to replace the torn, unclean towel Kettle was not functioning. Never ever going back there.

Very bad experience i was stay in this hotel. I have booked breakfast but hotel staff asking for extra money even i have paid for early check in

When we reached the hotel they told ac is not working and they don't know when this problem will get solve they say very easily that we can cancel the booking in future i am not going to book this hotel for my any trip. About rooms very poor maintenance only just for name sak they are running this hotel i will not recommend this hotel to any one

Worst no ac working no current insect allover worst service and worst amenities location also bad and only one staff was available to host the guest even in reception people complaining about the fascilities

Good location, good ambience but the hotel is not up-kept it needs a total revamp it looks like a rundown place from inside water leakage, air conditioner not working cannot adjust the thermo, clogged basin in the toilet the bed linen is worn off totally dirty and much more about the hotel staff some were cooperative some had some issues

Improved a lot and regained the title - place for pleasant stay once again

Great come back from le fenix, improved a million times with pleasant stay. It was previously described by myself as "home away from home" which was deteriorated and now all the lost pride has been regained. Very good concierge at front desk, rooms got cleaned up (but still taps and sinks are the same old ones - broken and leaking, corridors smelling good (but the carpets are still the old ones torn and unclean. A big break through improvement in breakfast menu. This time i really mean that the old review has been taken into consideration and lot if improvements have been made. Great going le fenix. Keep it up

The rooms are not properly maintained; the paint and carpet are very dirty. They do not provide glasses for water or towels, and the intercom is not working. Overall, the experience was not good.
