Completely uncooperative staff. No bell boy to carry bags. No vogfe available in rooms. We ended the trip on such a bad note

All the ladies at the the reception were very friendly and helpful. Also thankful to the boy who helped me carry my bag to my room. The room service was also great. They would call taxi for you if you want to go somewhere. The nearest train station from the resort is lat krabang station and it takes about 15-20 mins by taxi which will cost you around 60bhat. And the nearest bus terminal is ekkamai bus terminal from where you can take bus/minivan to pattaya. Overall experience in bangkok was amazing.

It was a horrible experience. for stains on towels etc they claim upto 2000 thb. Very bad experience. I will recommend people not to book this property.

The resort was ok the rooms were not up to the mark and they were charging for basic amenities like water coffee tea which was free for me in my stay at pattaya

Very uncooperative staff. Very small rooms. No vegetarian food options. The only plus is the location if one wants to be close to the Suvarnabhumi airport. Otherwise much better options are available.
