Worst stay ever. Do not book this hotel

Booked a stay from 28-31 and it was an utter horror story. The manager at the desk made us wait for 1:30hrs after it was already 11:30pm when we reached. She claimed no room for our class of booking was available. The lift didn’t work. After arguing on this being her and the system’s fault she had the audacity of asking for extra money. Later she gave me a room on the top floor which is 6th floor if i recall correctly, had to carry luggage myself through all these floors. The next day she reneged on her commitment and asked us to change our rooms at 7 in the morning and gave one where in the toilet seat was placed so horribly that one could not make use of it. There were no toiletries no kettle or water heater. Need a refund on this booking asap and need makemytrip to duelist and banish or remove this hotel from their lists immediately so that more people do not suffer

Clean hotel but very small rooms, the issue we faced was with the elevator as it was shut from 11 pm so if you are entering the hotel or have early morning/late night flights then be ready to bring the luggage via stairs by yourself.

Good location and host, but it pretty much ends with that. The tv was old bulky one, bathroom was extremely small and water from shower spreads on to the bathroom another areas. Food was hygienic, but not much variety. It was always few fruits with bread butter/jam and some egg do. Beds were quite good and ac was working very well. There were no tea cups/kettle provided in the room.
