Not good services. Stinky corridors. Old furniture and furnishings. They should focus on renovating the rooms

Beautiful looking lobby very grand. But the rooms are not good at all. The rooms are old with furniture very old. The smell even at the corridor is bad. Because there is no ventilation. The room has visible casing work which is such a big put off! the service is equally pathetic. We asked for cutlery to the room and it came after 45 minz!

4. The rooms are good, but some facility are not working. Brake-fast os good and having indian veg option. They are charging 1000 baht as a security deposit. And it will return once you check out. Swimming pool is good and very clean.

I had a three-day business trip in bangkok and stayed at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful at all times. Even after my stay, they help me out with some documentation which were lost. Full marks to the team

Nothing useful. It was OK experience. Very costly.
The hotel is high price and I could not feel the experience of that price. But staff were cooperative

Stayed in this hotel many times now and it's always most preferred hotel for me. Location is very good and close to MRT which is just 50m away. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping is at the best. Other facilities are also best.

Wonderful Hotel, better than other big brands/five stars in Bangkok, Stayed at Lebua for a night and at Swissotel for a night, experience and level of service was far better than Lebua. Food & Drinks price in the restaurants and bar in the hotel is very nominal and they deliver a good quality ... Ambience & Crowd in the hotel is very good. I would rate this hotel as : Excellent
