Decent stay

Decent stay if you just want to stay there during night time and keep bags safe it’s good and at good location nearby many attractions so can move easily.

Perfect location to stay in as it's right in the middle to go anywhere. Good for a budget stay. If you are expecting anything better then don't. Good hospitality and decent stay.
Average hotel, no breakfast service, rooms are ok, cleanliness average, but customer service from reception desk is worst, service if any, without smile, least ready to help.

Location is good. The reception girl on the day time was good. The receptionist at night (a male guy) was terrible. Complained regarding myself and my friend’s room AC, but no response. My room was full of baby cockroaches, but my friend’s was not having any. I called Make My Trip help line and sorted out things.
Hotel is centrally located and is very accessible. Lot's of stores are available for ones daily needs. Except for the bed and unsafe main door, rest is fine. The bed was horrible. I could not sleep properly because bed was very hard and I could feel the spring hurting my back. Also the door lock was not proper. I could open the main door without the key card. So how safe is the luggage which I have kept in my room when anyone could open the door without any key card.

Cleaning is very poor

Insects were found in the tea cup tray and dressing table. Hotel staff denied providing house keeping for the same.
