The standard of the hotel rooms was not as per the brand name

Very comfortable stay at the club room. Extensive breakfast spread at seasonal tastes. The facilities, club hours and professionalism shown by may and the team was great. Located next to a thriving street with access to restaurants, malls etc.

Out experience at the westin grandee on sukhumvit in bangkok was delight. It is very well located, the staff ieas very good, and helpful - providing is with excellent guidance on how to get places we wanted to, and they were always cheerful. The rooms are of good size, the only negative comment would be on the tvs they are old and the remotes did not work well.

Hotel location is great. Offers wide spread of breakfast options. There was always an option available for indian veg as well. Staff is polite& helpful.

Well located and well appointed hotel. Availed meeting room & swimming pool facilities, which were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was courteous and even allowed stay for some additional time to match flight timings. Staff arranged taxi to airport at reasonable fare.

Service is good. Location is close to all amenities and restaurants. Lost item service is good. I forgot my belt in the room. After one day o received email about this item. In my next stay, I collected the belt . Breakfast include all type of items continental, Chinese, Indian etc.

The location is very good and its service too. Especially, front desk was very courteous. The room and its facilities are not outstanding only but enough for the guests. It is regrettable that the price is a little bit high. I hope they will provide the guests for more reasonable plan.

Enjoyed the comfort.
The room and facilities are modern and clean.
The breakfast buffet is good.
Dinner at Kisso is excellent.
If I may share a drawback, the street around the hotel was crowded when I come.
But the city is crowded anyway.

Westin is a brand you would have no regrets anywhere. In Bangkok this is well positioned in the famous Sukhumvit area right opposite to the best mall Terminal 21. You can't be better placed for shopping. Enjoy all the shopping in the cold vicinity of the hotel luxury. It has a great Japanese restaurant though I found it little expensive and also my room rate did not include breakfast. All in all a great experience
