The location of the hotel is great. Apart from that nothing worth. Rooms are tidy. Not enough space around the bed. Bathroom tiles are dirty. No room service. Staffs are rude except one night shift Lady. Definitely not going here again.

The hotel was not upto the mark, the furniture was old, tv was in terrible condition, shower was leaking during shower, walls needed a maintenance. Even lift was not working, and we had to take stairs till 4th floor

The hotel was below expectations as compared to hanoi. It was also 3 star ******** better. I have to even demand for dental kit. Room was not spacious either i booked twin bed.

Situated beside 7 11, near to nana, all indian restirant are near by. Very good location. Staff are good

I checked-out of the property this morning because of a very distasteful experience in one night. I was first given a filthy room which i declined to check in to and made them give me a better room. The new room was only slightly better, with a terrible shower system. The pillows were extremely hard to the point i had to wake up at midnight to get them replaced. When i woke up the duvet cover had slightly slid off and there was a big old blood stain on it, which completely put me off. This was a very distasteful experience and i had to check-out with just a night's stay due to unacceptable and unsanitary, unhygienic conditions. I'm attaching the pictures for proof. I request a partial refund for the unused days of my stay as it was a horrible property with even the most basic amenities and hygiene grossly missing.

Terrible experience, room was too small and wasn't clean enough. They had nothing to provide, no additional pillows no towels etc. Microwave was non functional, light in the room was not working and the staff had no clue abt it. Avoid this one if you can.

It was very ok ok experience i would say. So many things need to be done and improved, no doubt staffs are really good appreciate for that, but not the hotel amenities like dryer is missing, they don’t change towel, bathroom was not in good condition and even bedsheets and the room is little stinky

A value for money hotel located in a peaceful surrounding and easily accessible. It has a seven eleven store in the same building make it a smooth stay

The area is quite vibrant, though far from the marketing places like indra market. The room was small. However, it was quite shocking to see pillar inside the room! it waste lots of space. No provision of breakfast in this hotel/building. Tv was not working. Toilet fittings were also old and broken (seat, hand shower. However, the staff nook was nice as well as cleaning staffs. If u r indian and have wish to shop, then it is better to stay indra bazar area. This hotel is quite far due to one-way roads.

Over all hotel stay was on an average.

Worst ever stay. Cockroaches roaming around. Seepage on walls. No customer support and very rude staff. Stay away. I had to kill a few cockroaches before i checked out within 2 hours.
