Experience is good. You have to ask sometime to take luggage by your self even up to 1st floor and 2 nd floor. Other things are good.

The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, the pool, the surrounding makes it more beautiful. The resort is at walkable distance to the beach. The staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. The breakfast consists of good foods

Loved this beautiful resort. It’s just perfect in terms of hospitality, breakfast vegetarian options, cleanliness and amenities in the room. They have offered me a room upgrade. Good location with a lot of greenery, good and reasonable massage options nearby. All of them are extremely sweet and kind. Prompt response. Silence prevails. Excellent fried rice with delicious vegetables prepared by their sweet and awesome chef as per my requirement with minimum oil and delicious taste. The girl at their breakfast is very good and welcoming. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend. Only beware their housekeeping lady. She took a few things from our room without our permission. But later returned it when we asked for them several times. Currently renovations and repairs are happening so there is endless noise of machines in the rooms all the time ! i the lady chef refused ice when i asked for it at breakfast time.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel by any stretch of imagination. Barely qualifies as a 2-star. Filthy rooms, poorly maintained property and unruly staff.

Location of the hotel is at walking distance of 300 meter to Ao Nang Beach where you can find good bars and restaurant. Big hotel with good swimming pool and spacious rooms. You can hire scooter book tours just outside the hotel towards left.

I was bit worried about my stay in Krabi as well Phuket, as I'd checked many other reviews about Thailand hotel and guest said that Thai people are bit rude but for us it was awesome. This hotel is around 500-700 meter from beach but you will got seven 11 store just out side of hotel. And don't need to check your information in market just ask receptionist they will give good rate.

Value for money and good location

The Resort is total value for money. Its a 5-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach from the Resort but it isn't as pricey as the resorts directly opposite the Beach. Staff are very friendly and even let us have an early check-in. They even have a luggage storage room where we could store our stuff after check-out. The room and Resort were clean, wifi was good and pool was quite nice too. I'd definitely recommend the resort to anybody who'd like to spend a quiet budget holiday in Ao Nang but be close to the Beach at the same time.

Located close to the beach. Almost no one at the reception is good at English, except the front office manager. He's not there all the time though. Clean enough. Drains in the balcony were blocked. Not many rooms have good views.

Nice Hotel and Good Location. Very close to Family mart and 7 eleven. Beach is 5 mins walk and staff is very good . Ao Nang Beach and Norpahtra Beach both are at walking distance. Rooms are clean and Breakfast Buffet is too good. So I would say this hotel is really value for money

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the ao nang beach. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk people were courteous and helpful. Being vegetarians we had our food outside as the in house restaurant did not have much vegetarian options. However this was not a problem as there are good eating joints and super markets within short distance from the hotel.

The rooms are big and spacious but my main problem is with the bathrooms. The flush does not work and if you book through MMT, you'll be given rooms in the corner building which is isolated and prone to insects and mosquitoes. I visited in June and this being off season, the pool was not maintained and nothing works as such. Even room service is not available after 2 PM which is pathetic. You cannot order dinner as the restaurant is closed at 4 PM, lot of negatives.

Was a pleasant stay. Amenities were excellent. Neat and clean pool. Food was great. Service was the best I got in entire Thailand trip near by beach. All employees had very pleasant nature and greet you very kindly. Thank you MakeMyTrip for booking us in this hotel.

It is very near to the beach. No need to take tuk tuk or taxi. Food was not that good on whole it was a pleasant stay. Hospitality is good. Area looks country side. Amenities quite okay. Overall I recommend the resort. Wi-Fi connectivity is not good.

Very good staff, nice free sauna, spacious rooms with bath tub, excellent location - everything excellent. Food is an issue since they do not have vegetarian options but they tried their best. Overall an excellent place to stay in Krabi and will definitely recommend this to others.
