The room was very small and unkept. The bathroom was really shabby, and had black fungus on the skirtings. Overall average stay, though the location is convenient and the pool is pleasant.

Property is normal. Staffs are very good. Self service hotel. I dint knw ibis is self service. Location is good. They are not allowed bean bag and floating bean bag to take in pool. This is the only hotel the just denied not to use. My swimming pool experience is very bad. And mai thing not hotel services.

Though the rooms were up to the right size it had all amenities we expect from a hotel room. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday they cleaned the room. The breakfast buffet lacked vegetarian options wherein they will be stuck with only bread jam and fried rice and fruits although non veg side had options. Pool was very clean. Happy with the stay. Ibis ****et is even quite extravagant. I recommend stay in this hotel anytime.

Breakfast is pathetic, almost no veg items, rooms looks old and cozy, no entertainment option in room as tv isn't smart so you can only expect thai channels

The room was very tidy and clean, location is superb on the ao nang beach road, it was walkable distance to the beach, the balcony view were amazing, pool facilities was impressive, easy check in and check out was done by nice and supportive staff, highly recommend place to stay in krabi.

Stay and place were good, but rooms are small. The most horrible experience was with the tour operator desk they have, which i trusted and paid 7000thb for a 7island your of 2adult and a child-which was 4500thb actually. It was a loot of money from tourist who trusted them.

The rooms are way too small, no proper toiletries, the buffet had no vegetarian options, the room service was very slow had to call multiple times for things. However, location is good very near to ao nang beach and view is good as well.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 days. Staff is supportive and they have amazing breakfast spread. Limited options for veg ppl but that's ok. They don't have staff to carry your luggage so be prepare to carry it yourself.

The rooms are not maintained. There was a cockroach in our room. The breakfast buffet was very limited and extremely cold

The property is good with adequate amenities. The rooms are of fine size although not a comfy room to do a lot of movement. We had a pool view room and it was just in front of the pool. The location of the stay is near the ao nang night market and around 15 min walk to the ao nang beach. The food was right although the breakfast should have had a dessert as well. You will also have the kettle and hair dryer apart from a mini fridge.

Amazing stat, no veg options in breakfast but they aak and prepare it for your specially, so a very good hospitality. Rooms are small but location is amazing so overall no complaints

Very small rooms, washroom is like a flight washroom. No locks on washroom. Do not have anyone for luggage, one has to carry all their luggage on their own. No vegetarian option. Breakfast was pathetic

No cupboard, problem with the shower as it automatically turns hot while having cold shower, jetspray water too sharp, very few lights, tv has very poor picture quality felt like watching tv in 90’s. Coffee from restaurant was very disappointing.

Located at the super convenient place with all hang places right outside the hotel but still there is a sense of peace and beauty as the hotel is in the midst of some beautiful hills around. The hotel is also very clean with excellent breakfast. Loved staying here.

The hotel location is very good with a nice pool and other amenities. But the rooms need to be maintained well. There is a smell in the room which is not expected from a brand like ibis. Room is clean but the smell bothered me. There are a lot of better stays in ao nang with the same price
