A-One New Wing Hotel

The new wing location was quite disappointing. It's diagonally behind A One original which is facing the Pattaya Beach. The pics given are that if the old wing in promo. The staff was helpful and early check-in was easy as the occupancy was not so great. The rooms were quite small with a small balcony. The breakfast variety was very poor. there were two items of Indian food with the Puri being so hard I had to keep it soaked in to bhaji for sometime to Make it eatable. The bhaji was tasty. The staff was friendly unlike some of the other A-One New Wing Hotels. The A-One New Wing Hotel is in Soi 2 which is quite a distance from walking street but very close to the new Terminal 21 shopping Mall. For the price the A-One New Wing Hotel is not worth it.

Rooms were very clean. Daily morning they will clean the room and provide two complimentary water bottles. Normal room service menu cost too much. For family, beaches are very nearer to Hotel which can be reached in few steps. 24/7 super markets are available near by Hotel. For guys who go for boom, Hotel is guest friendly. They will charge extra for extra guest if the room is already occupied by two persons. They will charge bad for room deposit for each room which will be refundable at check out.

Extra water bottles were chargeable. Tea provided in breakfast was not as per the indian taste or even not as per the taste of room's tea so we wanted to take 2 pack of bread in the room to have it with the tea which was very rudely denied by the staff there. Moreover we had asked for extra tea bags in the room she gave 2 and while asking for more she rudely denied saying that all finished. Toothpaste was not provided. Hotel otherwise was overall good and very near to the sea.

Hotel have good breakfast area with good delicious meals, Finess room gym and swimming pool is awesome, Hotel reception team is very nice, polite with good command of english always helpful to solve the Coustmer problems. This Hotel on perfect location on Beach Road Pattaya with good ambience and Atmosphete, Perefect Hotel to stay with family.

The property is located just 2 mins from beach and is at walking distance to terminal 21 mall, alcazar show etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and overall the staff was helpful and nice. I would definitely be going back to this place. This was our girls trip and the property was all safe.

Hotel surrounding and A-One New Wing Hotel is good, it's very close to the beach, but shower is very bad, only hot water or only cold water will come in washroom, you can't take bath with this kind of set up in washroom, only this is fault else everything is great.

Hotel was excellent. Nice staff very helpful and courteous. Nice and big swimming pool. Good varieties in breakfast. One can have view of Sea while having breakfast. Location was excellent. All in all great experience.

The A-One New Wing Hotel is new and spotless clean, breakfast is very nice and lot of options. Very close to the beach. Excellent location. Beautiful attached balcony with amazing view of city and the beach.
