There is a walking distance to patty a beach and walking street but they have taken 4000 bath as security for 2 rooms

Hotel stuffs were so welcoming with us during our stay. One of my friends room ac was not working, we complaint nothing happened. But the day of our departure suddenly they complaint that bathroom glass was broken, which was not at all damaged by us and was already broken while we entered the room. They threatened us to go police and all and finally from 9k baht we had to settle the case in 5k baht.

This place feels safe and secure in the chaotic town like Pattaya. The rooms are super neat and clean. Staffs are polite and nice except for one rude fellow at the reception. He is rude for no reason. Only 2 minutes walk to the main road, also there's a short cut to the parallel road through their sister hotel August. lot of Indian restaurants nearby but TOO EXPENSIVE. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I had read several positive reviews about April Suites and it's other chain of month named hotels, so was pretty confident about my decision to begin with. I must say that my week Long stay at the hotel reaffirmed by belief. Everything from location, housekeeping, security to amenities all were above par. Read some negative reviews about the reception staff somewhere before, however I completely beg to differ. I had a very pleasant experience with them. Rob at the reception was a nice man who made out of way efforts to communicate and resolve all matters. Before I forget wifi was the only irritating factor of my stay. Definitely needs improvement. All in all a hidden gem with a great value for money.

They take joiner fees of an fixed amount from both if you are 2 people living in one room and you get a girl. Best is to book one room per person if you are visiting Pattaya for pleasure and fun. You know what I mean.

Good hotel, clean n good looking with nice swimming pool n fitness room. Only if coffee n tea added in room facility will be great, reception person is helpful n fast, service is good
