Very rude staff. Staff always misbehaving with indians. Rain water comes from ceiling. If you complaint or request to staff they will fight you. Please don't recommend this hotel to any indian. I wasted my money on this hotel. Nonsense staff.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the stay. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Indian restaurants very near and beach & walking street in walkable distance

These hotel is so old. I was there for 5 days and they make me change my room for 5 times. One room change each day. 1st day room lock in washroom 2nd day another room no electricity in washroom 3rd day main door lock was jammed 4th day washroom was leaking from ceiling 5th day was ok i asked them not to change my room i will manage anyhow. But it was cost effective in good location. Staff was fair with me not so good/bad.

It's very good hotel to stay, for family and batchelor s. Very near just less than 1 min walk from walking street, macdonald, kfc, room is very good and well cleaned, restaurant food is very good and cheap price, hotel staffs are very competitive. And also early check-in facility and late check-out facility available. Hotel owner mr naveen is a so gentleman and very down to earth. I visit every 3 months in a year and stay this hotel, from 2018
