The room and location is excellent but unfortunately junior double room side area does not have lift which is not acceptable for 4 star hotel. Breakfast is not worth at all very limited

Luxurious rooms with all facilities. Lk group has many other hotels also. All properties are good. The rooms are very big

This is my 9th time staying at lk metropole. Yes it needs a bit of upgrade as it is a really old property. But it doesn't go down in its convenience and luxury. The staff are courteous as ever and always ready to help and look into your needs. This will always be my hotel whenever i visit.

I had stayed earlier in lk metro, pattaya and on earlier occassion i like its services, cleaniless etc. Much of these have gone down this time. Even towels etc were worn out. No arrangements for breakfasts, lunch dinner etc. Worst, i was allotted wrong room and on complaint room was changed only after i paid 3000 thai bahts. This time they were very unprofessional.

My stay was really poor this time as there was no kitchen in the property every time i need get out to have a meal around the clock. And secondly due to some personal reason i had to cut short my stay by 2 nights and got no refund of the same even after so many request but of no avail. Neither make my trip made an effort nor from the hotel. So for me it’s a no no lk metro next time and no booking from make my trip even. There are more generous app on internet to book hotels and flight. Thanks & regards nitin agarwal

Spacious deluxe suite

Overall a good stay, restaurants pubs malls all walking distance, the deluxe suite was very spacious, not a very child friendly hotel, no room service after 11.30 Am, but if you want to stay central go for this hotel.

Room to a very high standard

Hotel porters absolutely brilliant, always happy and had time for a joke everyday. Start with the staff, very impressed with the cleaners who waited every day till you woke up and then cleaned the room to a very high standard.

Terrible behavior of restaurant

They handed over a menu and asked us to order one item. Sorry to say but its a 4 star Hotel and if they didn't gave buffet, I understand but I wanted to eat fried rice with an omelet, they asked me to choose either of them. What was that. If you do not want to feel embarrassed in front of your wife and children, do not ever book this hotel. Room walls are full of dust and no one is bothered to clean them. Room is fine and swimming pool is good but the breakfast and the other staff services are terrible. Avoid it, in the same price there are other great hotels to serve you better.

All great as LK standard and as useal Lk group always set benchmark for luxury and comfort so superb hotel and excellent staff. Really enjoyed a lot, would like to stay next time one of luxury property LK Express beach road surely. Good location in center of Pattaya.
