The hotel room is clean but small and has just basic facilities, although it is value for money. Akso, lift services would have been better

Location was excellent, rooms are clean and spacious with amenities, I have meet the owner, nice guy, he is also a indian, very helpful and cooperative.

Perfect for long stay

Rooms were very clean and transportation also very good. 1 minute walk will get tuk tuk.
Absolutely an awesome host. I must say this place is very much far better than good rated hotels. For food you want you can walk down 5 minutes to major restaurants. Catch 10 baht cab to Jomtien or Pattaya beaches. Middle of everything. Bike taxi next to hotel, 7/11 shop at 2 minutes walk. What else do you want.

First of let me start by saying that the way the staff behaved with us was just pure delight. They were very well spoken and nice in their presentation. The hotel is located near the bus Station and also the place is quite and comfortable not like the Beach places where there is hell of a crowd. The main market is just 1km away and either you can rent a bike or you can walk down. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The environment is also nice and friendly. All in all I would advice if you are going to Pattaya stay here for as Long as you can as the hotel staff is very much careful and caring for your comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time staying at this place. Kudos!

The hotel was builded newly, so rooms were very clean. I am very happy about the room service and mainly this time my overall trip was very good.

Very good place for trip with family or alone

People should not book hotels in pattaya who looking for good place. I highly recommend sab residence. I like this property very much. Miss Duke is very helpful and big yes recommend to people. Do not take hotel only go for sab residents in pattaya. 5 star.
