Room was really good, very close to pattaya beach just 2 mins walk (about 100 metres. Only minus point was there was no room service and not so interactive staff.

Excellent place, very clean and the rooms are spacious. House keeping was top notch as the rooms were cleaned and kept spic and span.

Pols donโt book here on the basis of the pics presented. . The hotel gives an eerie feeling with no service whatsoever. The reception is very shabby. We had booked two rooms from two different accounts for 11th march 2023 stay in one room the package was with b/f. First we were told there will be no breakfast, but later upon insisting they said the breakfast will be in another hotel (off the main road) but it is served from as late as 9 am which we had to skip because of prior engagements. We asked for extra blanket which was refused. Surely we are not going to visit here ever again. No service level at all.

Bed and room was decent as per the price! no view no service no staff! just one man handling the hotel thats it! so i would suggest not to take this hotel as there are many in this budget

The hotel standard has gone down over last 2yrs. The hygiene is poor and the room needs renovation, the ac takes time to cool. Etc

Weekend Pattaya has lovely Beach facing rooms, wonderfully located close to Beach Road. Nested in a area full of good bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel with excellent location and good helpful staff.
Worst experience, No sea view room given. They cheated us. Staff is rude, aggressive and dominating. No luggage assistance, Privacy & Security Issue. Worst experience. Charged for sea view room and normal room was given. They cheated us. Washroom smells like hell. Staff is rude, aggressive and dominating. We carried our luggage on our own till 4th floor as no staff assistance was provided. Room serviced in our absence in spite of instructions given not to service it, Amenities not provided daily.
