I recently had the pleasure of staying at centara grand, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff's warm and professional hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Dining at centara grand was a culinary delight. The variety of restaurants catered to all tastes, offering everything from local delicacies to international cuisines. Each meal was a gourmet experience, with fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors. The Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket's amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool with its breathtaking views and the well-equipped fitness center. The spa services were also exceptional, providing a perfect way to unwind and relax. What truly set centara grand apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile and genuine care. Stayed for 2 nights at grand centara as a couple with a 6-year old kid. The property is right in front of the karan beach. One can step out of the Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket’s swimming pool and walk right on to the beach. It has multiple swimming pools catering to all age groups- starting with a 2 feet deep pool for toddlers, to an adults only pool to a 14-feet pool to dive into. It has 3-4 water slides and a lazy river pool where one could easily spend a few hours. The Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is at a 15-20 minutes drive from the popular tourist areas like patong. So we are all our meals at the Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket itself. The one negative of the property was the excessive rock-like underwater landscaping in the pools. I saw multiple people getting scrapped by the rough surfaces. The pool bar has happy hours for the drinks from 3. 30-5. 30 in the evening. Overall, it was a very good experience and recommended for a 2-night stay. Beyond that, it might get a bit monotonous.

I loved the property. We booked double deluxe double with private pool. Room was very spacious and airy. They are with bathtubs also. They also provide fully stocked mini bar hi h is of course chargeable. Beds were very comfy with extra set of soft big pillows. Bathrooms were also very spacious and had all the toiletries and accessories in place. Property had several pools for different age groups. We loved the slides n cliff provided in the pool area and had great time with girls there. Me n my husband loved the adult pool. The property has a private beach access. They have few restraints that provide different cuisines. You get indian n thai and also continental n italian cuisines. So overall it was a great property for families with close proximity to patong beach n market. Which was 15 min max. By car. So location was excellent as it was very peaceful. Overall very pleasant stay but they should have more options in terms of food.

If you want to relax and enjoy luxury then this Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is the best choice for you, comfort and luxury by all means it is a little hard on your pocket but worth every penny. You get a private beach and a great pool with slides for kids. This place is about 10 mins distance from patong beach which is like 10 mins in any car (tuk-tuk or camry. Ask the concierge for shuttle services, book a private cab for 3-6 hrs and take it to multiple tourist locations like tiger park big buddha e. T. C. Cab will cost you around 2500 bhat for 6hrs (worth it if you don't drive) it is situated at a hilly location so you will not get local transportation so be ready to book Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket cabs which are a little expensive, what i have seen in phuket transportation is anyways expensive even local tuk-tuk is expensive, so better to get a self-driven vehicle for yourself.

Second time in two years at the centara grand, karan - and the experience just gets better each time. Luxurious rooms, excellent service, top notch hospitality and staff warmth - topped off by the best location in Phuket - with a private beach and layers of lovely pools for adults and kids - a lazy river - beautifully designed water slides and an excellent pool bar and fun activities! special kids club, where our son enjoyed hanging out, reading, playing arcade games (coin operated) and generally a safe place for him to be, while the parents took in a bit of the resort by themselves. Food is fantastic, great breakfast buffet and wonderful in house restaurants. Best property to enjoy Phuket, if you’re not particularly looking for the bangla road adventures. We’ll be back very soon for more!

Front checkin staff not courteous at all. I was absolutely polite with them, but the ladies staff at the checkin/ reception felt discriminatory and indifferent. I was made to wait past the 3 pm checkin time, with no one to even inform us about the progress/ room readiness. All the while i saw guests of other nationalities who came after us being to their rooms with boot-licking urgency. Other than that the property and room was good. I had read reviews before booking the property which mentioned that staff is not good, but got a first hand experience here. I took a chance and centara front desk staff failed miserably.

We recently stayed at centara grand beach resort phuket, and it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to a clean and beautiful beach. this one is not crowded, allowing for a truly relaxing time by the sea. The resort offers a variety of activities. We found it to be very good value for money, especially considering the high prices of other beach resorts in phuket that don't offer the same level of cleanliness and tranquility. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it!

Stayed at centara phuket for 6 nights. The property is beautiful, excellent staff, amazing restaurant with a different cuisine everyday for dinner in there main cafe. The property has direct access to beach providing you with seclusionand privacy with not many locals venturing in the area, 15 min drive from patong gives an easy access for people look-in for some party time but enough privacy from the maddening crowd of patong for the family.

Great property! Rooms are well maintained and staff is friendly. Good food options within the resort. Breakfast is excellent and carries multiple cuisine options. The “club” access package can be great for snacks and hanging out on days on which you are spending time mainly at the resort. Karon beach and market area is relatively nearby. Great for families and couples looking for a self-contained resort situation.

Staying at the resort is enjoyable, in addition to providing all means of comfort, luxury and entertainment. Distinguished treatment from the resort management and staff i recommend visiting the product and enjoying the available capabilities and distinguished service i do not forget to emphasize the credibility, ease of booking and distinguished cooperation for customer service

The Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is beautiful but the service is slow and if you are a vegetarian and indian, there is nothing to eat. Just bread and fruits. Everything else smells of fish oil. My suggestion would be to hire one indian chef who specialises in indian cuisine. Also, the entry to the Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is too steep and difficult.

Before you land at this Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket make sure you having minimum 3000 Baht per day which Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket takes in advance. All things very costly. They charge for every single thing so beware. Location of this property is superb. Even taxi charges also they inflate so better have outside taxi services.

Great ambiance… lovely clean rooms and washroom… great hospitality. Totally enjoy the stay. Great location.. clean pools and lazy river. Right on the beach… excellent view.

Stayed for 2 nights …. Room was good… as I was celebrating my bday so they arranged a cake … swimming pool was really good … lazy laggon is just amazing and slides adds fun elements… Beach is good and had a good vibe though didn’t swim due to high tides… Overall a memorable stay

I stayed with my family for 4 nights in the deluxe double rooms. The property was beautiful, it had its own private beach, big swimming pool and some pool activities which kids thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended to stay if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The location of the Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is excellent, whole beach strip to you all the time. The Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket rooms and building are really old but covers up over location and breakfast. Kids had a blast the pool with a slide and lazy river was enough for them.

The Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is on the beach. Large and clean swimming pool with slides. Morning breakfast spread is very good with indian food option as well. You can order indian food throughout the day in room service also. Staff is very polite and courteous.

Everything was great about Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket. Location,staff, rooms and food etc. I was auto upgraded to room with in built pool. Located near market, you can buy essential stuff from there mere 5-10 minutes walk. Hotel has very cooperative and friendly staff. I loved my stay there.
