Lovely property right by the beach with fairly large rooms and good service. Especially loved that they had an adults only pool far removed from the screaming children!

Centara is expensive but worth it. You will truly be mesmerized with the place, views and the resort itself when you enter the property. However, make sure to keep your days a little less busy when you book centara because it has so much to offer on its own. You will regret if you dont try their small lane pool, spa, in house activities and others. Just book this place and enjoy your time. We booked 2 rooms for a 4 girls trip and wish could have stayed a little longer We had free breakfast as well at that price and it was really good. They had decent options for vegetarian and eggetarian and ofcourse! must stay at centara when in Phuket. Id say krabi one can be skipped but phuket is worth every penny you spend.

The place is beautiful. Loved the overall space and amenities it offers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prompt in their service. The pools are amazing. Slides, cliff jump and lazy river add to the adventure. Overall property is great. Food could be better though. Breakfast offers a good variety but the taste is average. Would 100% recommend staying here

I stayed for 3 nights with my 1 year old. The location cannot get any better. We had an ocean view room and the evening sunsets were stunning. The service was good but a bit slow. The resort has some amazing pools and water slides. The food was above average and the menu was mostly same on all three days i stayed.

The property was exceptional. It was extremely clean with beach facing rooms ( if booked ocean view) it is right at the beach. Indian food is available.

The property is absolutely beautiful with access to the beach which makes it even better. The amenities provided are really good! keep an extra day just to enjoy at the property because there’s so much to do.

Travel-led with wife and 4 year old daughter. We had a blast. Plenty of activities for the kids and great food at the resort. Breakfast was amazing f with plenty of vegetarian options and few indian varieties as well. The swimming pool and water slides along with an almost private beach was a great experience. We stayed in the pool room which was very luxurious and comfortable. Great value for money.

wow, this place was amazing! seriously, grand centara blew me away. the rooms were super comfy, and the views were incredible. we spent our days lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun. the food was delicious – i think i ate my weight in tropical fruit! everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. i can't wait to go back someday – it was the perfect escape from reality. if you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation, i highly recommend checking it out!

Out of the world property with equally/oppositely terrible customer service. The front office has no idea how to speak to customers and gave me my room 1 hour late. Other than that, the property is outstanding.

Everything was good and services were excellent. Could be better options for indian food though. Good service, amazing property. However, the walls were pretty thin due to which i was able to listen whatever people are talking in other room

The resort location is brilliant! by the beach with a lovely pool with beach access. Family friendly with helpful staff and prompt service. Only down side is that the food options for vegetarians can be improved at the breakfast buffet.

Had a very good stay. Most comfy bed. Clean rooms. Quality service. Although food options are limited. Breakfast spread was average. Clean beach and pool. But rooms are very far from the parking/lobby. Be prepared for long long walksss.

It was a very good property good staff, good food, lovely resort only thing is, its a little old property and so a few bathroom fittings were not working as they should be like shower pannel and all overall a very good experience

The quality of breakfast is bad and the variety of dishes was not as per our taste. Every morning we had to wait for breakfast to get a table. The service was poor. We were not even briefed about the hotel facilities during check in. Overall a below average servicing. Only good thing is that it is on the beach

I was booked for five night. Location is great right on the beach but hotel is very old it needs a lot of renovation.housekeeping staff is less. Restaurant staff also very short. You have to wait for a long time for food &service.in breakfast almost same everyday.

Overall good but no indian food it’s so difficult only continental food asian food. Loctoin was good house keeping staff team good restaurant staff all time busy they don’t have the time attendant to guest

The location was excellent close to karon town. Walking distance. Its on beachfront that's more like a private beach. The breakfast is a large spread _ multi cuisine. The amenities are plentiful & the staff is very helpful, very responsive
