We recently had an amazing stay at crest resort. Room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, they provide shuttle service to patong beach every hour. Staff is very lovely and helpful

Property is nice, view from the pool is great. The staff is very helpful and polite. If you are a vegetarian, breakfast options are very limited and not very nice, though dining menu offers good veg dishes, but not the breakfast. I felt duped only at one point where i got a normal room but had booked a partial sea view room. Though the room was nice, there was no view of the sea. So might want to keep that in mind while booking. The property is far away, so book only if you want to live in peace. If you want to stay close to the city, don’t go for it or you’ll end up paying just for the cab repeatedly.

It was a very nice to be at crest it's a good property but far from city but it's really cool place in the evening late hours terrace is excellent enjoyed a lot

Location is so far away from market
food we didn't try
amenities provided normal as normal hotels
no shuttle service for 24 hrs. It's mean hotel responsibility to take of your guest

Good hotel but very bad room

Resort is on a hill and 4. 5 kilometres from patong beach so you need to rely on taxis for coming or going anywhere. Our room location was very bad as there was no elevator and carrying baby stroller overtime was a pain. The view from the room was bad and you could not even make out where was the sea. Hotel and it's amenities are good but our rooms location was very very bad and disappointing. After we paid so much it was absolutely terrible.

It was a good resort though the rooms were not great at such a price point. We were given a room at extremely low floor which had no view. And also little uncomfortable for senior citizens though they changed it the other day but it caused a little inconvenience.

It was a wonderful experience with hassle free check in check out and a beautiful atmosphere the hotel service was wonderful, the food was delicious and the view was extra ordinary which just made our day. It was worth every penny that was spent for a dream holiday

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the supposed luxury hotel. The staff displayed a shocking lack of hospitality and compassion when i requested a date change. Their refusal to accommodate my request left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I expected much better service from a hotel claiming to be luxurious. I will not advise others to consider this hotel for your stay here if you consider hospitality.
