Great rooms, spacious and clean, property is at prime location with all restaurants and bangla road at walkable distance. 7x11 store is just opposite to the property. Food was also good.

The hotel is on prime location in patong, it's near to beach, shopping, partying, mall, eateries, restaurants, currency exchange. Room: it's neat & clean, well maintained rooms. Safety & hygiene: it's safe in terms of your belongings and personal safety. Hygiene is well maintained. Amenities: buffet, gym, swimming pool, bar next to pool, aerial view from your room food: vegetarian, non vegetarian both are available. It's well cooked for vegetarian but with limited options. Staff: very polite and helpful during the stay. They also help you plan the visits during the stay you can get assistance from them. Location: prime location. Book the hotel without any second thoughts, stay will be very comfortable and definitely you will enjoy. I would overall rate it as 4*

It was a pleasant stay. The process is smooth to check in check out and people at the reception were quite friendly. Rooms are good and have all the basic amenities. Pool is good too and the breakfast spread was pretty good.

It was great experience. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Staffs are polite. Pool is good and water is not that chlorinated. You would enjoy swimming. Breakfast is awesome with a large variety of options available. Location is also perfect.

Palmyra patong is located centrally and is walking distance from patong beach, bangla market and jungceylon mall. It's an old property but maintained well. Rooms are spacious and with balconies. Bathrooms are clean though they could do well to have some good toiletries. It has a huge swimming pool that is the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast is average, limited options for vegetarians. The front desk and the staff though is very helpful, polite and courteous. Since we booked through makemytrip we also got some food vouchers at the hotel which we could use for lunch/dinner. Access is abut 70-80m from main road. There's a 7-11 supermarket, some indian restaurants and shopping as soon as you come out of the hotel to the main road. Overall, we had a good time at the hotel.
