Stay was good. Great pool, awesome location - right in front of patong beach; overall superb experience. A little extra options of indian food would have made it a full 5 star experience.

The resort is so amazing, both location and hospitality wise really walkable distance from paton beach and bangla road etc the staff is really good as well, loved our stay there would definetly recommend

Propert is really good and very near to patong beach, it has multiple swiming pools, a lot of activities everyday, food is also good.

our stay at Phuket Graceland was amazing with good hospitality, delicious breakfast spread, clean and very spacious rooms and amenities. the pool area is great to relax at. Location is great in front of Patong beach.the local market is also nearby. perfect choice I'd say for our holiday

The hotel stay was amazing and luxurious. The service is great. The food is good and lot of options available. It is a very hig property with lot of amenities and amazing swimming pool.

In front of patong beach best to get everything nearby shopping very easy near to jungcelon and central and even central at kathu just 30 min drive very good experience

Great location, right in front of beach. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is also good. Vegetarian options can be increased. Tour operator also supported in all sightseeing. To add, it has amazing pool where u can enjoy the whole day.

The only good thing about the property is their location. Just across the road is the beach. Otherwise, i didn't like the service and attitude of the concierge and the receptionist. The breakfast option was also not good enough for the vegetarians. I would rather suggest booking some other hotel like ibis, ed-en which are nearby. Novotel should be a good option, too. Graceland resort is not good towards brown people i felt. They are more welcoming towards whites.

Hotel was pretty good to stay here and we enjoyed the swimming pool with lots of game activity there in. Location of the hotel is close to market and senenic attraction of Phuket. Room was clean and food was also good. Recomond to all to stay here for their vacation.

My stay at Phuket Graceland was a memorable experience. It was my daughter's first international trip, and the moment we mentioned this to the staff, they upgraded our room from a deluxe to a family suite. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring two queen-sized beds, a living room, televisions in both rooms, a separate wardrobe area, and our favorite amenity—the jacuzzi with 24/7 hot water. We also enjoyed a balcony with a pool view. The food menu was reasonably priced, and the staff even customized a vegetarian Thai curry for my wife upon request. The hotel offers various activities for kids, including an activity room with daily events like face painting and mask making, which our daughter loved. For recreation, there's also a bowling area. The highlight of our stay was the courteous staff, always ready to help. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short walk to Patong Beach and easily accessible to the market.

We had a great stay at maim khao beach at marriott beach club from where we moved to graceland (which is rated as a 5 star. I am very disappointed with the hotel. While our entire trip we met friendly people. The staff specially at the check in counter seemed as if we were totally unwanted guests. The most disappointing was room service around 10:30 pm i asked for some ice and mind you this is a 5 star rated property they asked me to get the bucket from the room and they filled ice from some bar and told me to take it back. I mean seriously. Which 5 star does that. The breakfast buffet very basic, one of the coffee machine was broke. So basically i didnt have a good experience and wont recommend the hotel as a five star much better properties around.

Let me tell you all that we had beyond expectations experience. I had gone with my wife and had fabulous experience. Rooms were very pleasure and clean. View from sky swimming pool were really awesome. Most important staffs behaviour and extended support were extremely delightful. Pa tong beach is just 100 meters away and very clean. I would recommend all to keep graceland in your first priority.
