Over-all decent place to stay. Check-in was not warm and can be improved. Pools were dirty as well. Good location to go on the beach but you have to cross the road.

The property is really old half of the things like play area is closed due to renovation the rooms need major upgrade the property is huge but nothing much to do there at the moment centara grand is any day better and cheaper

We made a big mistake by deciding to stay in pullman karan beach resort which we had assumed would be a good place to stay considering the name. We arrived on 24th jun e at around 8 pm and had to unload our own car as there were no staff around in the outer lobby and it was raining heavily at that time. The check-in process was a disaster. It took the staff 4 hours to put an extra bed in our room that too we had to make calls repeatedly. Looking at the condition of the hotel and service, one gets a feeling that the management and staff have lost the plot and the will to work. Food - average, comparable to a 3 star hotel category. Swimming pool and cleanliness - apparently no one is bothered to clean the pool which had inspects and leaves galore. Don't get mislead by the photos of the pool on websites, we didn't even enter the pool due to above issue. Staff- barring a few who smiled, mostly sullen looks. Rooms - dated and comparable to a basic 3-4 star hotel. Plastic rug in room, wood peeling off from the fittings, stains in the bath- tub, broken light fittings in the room -refer to attached photos. Summary - do yourself a favour and stay at another property and there are lot of other good chains of hotels in close vicinity with much better access to the beach. We initially booked for 2 nights and stayed another as we did not want to change hotels last day since we were flying out the next day.

We arrived in pouring rain and there was no one to park our cars. We got a single umbrella when we insisted. Once we had parked our cars, it took nearly an hour for checkin and that too into outdated and dirty rooms. On complaining, our rooms were changed. Although the front desk gave us vouchers for free drinks but overall we found the staff to be very rigid and outright rude at times. The staff seemed tired and irritated. I think pullman should review its staff training and mm t should not list this as a luxe property. It’s a run down and ill managed hotel. Strictly to be avoided.

Beautiful, huge property by the beach. Excellent staff. Special shoutout to prim at reception for going out of her way to help us change rooms when we were uncomfortable with elevated rooms. Very good experience.

We got the best service. The resort is too huge and they assigned me room at the back side which i didn't like but then they shifted me to lobby area room. Breakfast was extraordinary chef harish and raman are of great help.

Wonderful property located just opposite to beach. Evening view from room balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching sunset laying down on our bed 😊. Staff was cooperative. We initially booked it for 2 days but we liked the stay so much that we extended it by 1 more day.

Zero hospitality. They are not at all good in behaviour. Very pathetic rooms, very small rooms. They will provide you rooms in a building which is far from resort.

Huge property, very nice staff, bang on the beach, the a wing rooms are beach front rooms, with direct access. The food is really nice and well served. The restaurant thai thai is also superb. I would recommend this hotel for relax stays.

Property is lavish. Very less options for indian food but manageable. The property is well managed and the staff is mostly courteous. However the spa, the ocean beach club and the access to karan beach are the best.
