Terrible experience with mm t

I am using mm t since past few years now and have always loved it. But this time we booked radisson blu ankara from mm t and paid via card in advance. At the time of checking in the hotel denied check in saying mm t has not paid them and either we have to pay them again otherwise they won’t be able to check us in. We contacted with mm t and kept waiting for 2 hours but no solution was provided. After a whole day of travel in another country we were hell tired and called mm t multiple times but nothing happened. Then mm t told us they are going pay by morning and said us to give the hotel a deposit. Even in the morning at time of check out we had wasted more than an hour because again they had not paid to the hotel. The hotel did not return our deposit and we paid twice for the same stay. Hotel told this happens with everyone that books them through mmt. The trip was to relax but mm t stressed us out.

Ac of the hotel was not working

We had terrible experience sleeping with no ac running. After many complaints even hotel staff did not provide us any alternatives-like fan or cooler. We were awake like owl full night.

Very nice place with good loction Good facilities and the balcony room is great The cafe is beautiful, people are very helpful Walking distance from the city centre and shopping areas. Overall I will give 4/5 stars

Good hotel to stay

Good hotel to stay for business.. Good and variety of food. It's a total value for money. Good Connectivity via metro & bus. Overall a good experience. Rooms service was very good. But the room, I stayed was good for one person. Staff was very good.
