Shower hose was leaking and also shower head holder's screws were lose so i couldn't shower and when i asked to get it fixed, it was only possible next day afternoon... so i couldn't shower at all after a long trip... so next day they fixed the shower hose but not the holder on the wall so, this time i could use the shower only by holding the shower head with one hand... Staff was friendly... but i needed more than that... but for the price it was ok .. i got what i paid for

mohammed.familyAug 12, 2022 When we arrived, they refused to give us a room Evan though we booked as they gave the room to somebody else and we had no choice but to find a new hotel. Would not recommend this to anybody visiting Istanbul online.
When we arrived we were told our room was the basic room and that if we wanted to upgrade we could for an addition cost. I asked to view both rooms, we were then told we couldnt view the room we booked because there was someone else in it. So our room was given away and we were also expected to pay to change rooms, because it suited them. We were then told that we could stay in the upgraded room for free for the 1st night but would then have to change the next day. The upgraded room was no upgrade the room was tiny and you could hear everything from the people outside to the people in other rooms and also people coming up the stairs. Over all the hotel and area was a let down and we cut our 3 night stay down to 1 night and only stayed the 1st night because it was late by the time we got to the hotel
The positive point was JUST reception guy. But the negatives were as below:
1- I booked family room but they'd already gave it to someone else!!! I had to stay for two nights in a single room!
2- The room which was given to me had a very bad condition. Even the bathroom didn't have electricity! You have to open the door & ... (LOL)
3- The hotel location is somewhere which no TAXI will come to pick you up.
4- The worst thing was SMOKING surrounded me and the rooms weren't isolated to prevent you from that.
5- I know that the less price means less facilities but smoking, electricity and property conditions depend on good manner of business.
Overall, just give ONE star for guys who were really kind and polite. Thank them BUT it doesn't mean to give STARS more than ONE.

Staff very rude don't keep their promise will try to change your original booking and moving you to 4th floor with no lift or ask you to pay for other lower ground floors. Also people smoking everywhere all over the hotel all the time.

We booked a budget room and when we got there we were told it's already taken, so we were forced to upgrade to a better room. Wasn't too expensive though, so all good.

Worse hotel ever went , no good reception ,stuff drunk ,mini bar empty ,bad location ,nearest metro station about half hour walking ,no elevator , room service so bad even room itslef not ready for customers so we just check out directly
Hello I had a very bad experience from the beginning firstly there is no lift if you have luggage and then the staff are quite rude and unaproachable. Next they have no washing machine to wash clothes. Next my room was so small i couldn't take 2 bit steps either direction. Next they cleaned my room and changed the bedding etc on the third day after me having to request it and argue with them. Next the room had no window and it got very very hot even though the country is cold when I was there i had to keep the air conditioning open. Next the water in the shower room builds up on the floor as the hole is blocked where water exits from so all your feet are in dirty water. To be honest there is too many issues in this hotel i don't have time to go through . My advice is there is many hotels near by this hotel go elsewhere if you want to have a happy holiday.
