shumina.friendsNov 23, 2024 Pictures are quite misleading. The lobby and reception area are incredibly small and the area around hotel can be alarming till you get used to the surroundings. However the location is amazing coz within a minute you are in the main streets and right near the bazaar. Room was fine however there is a school right next to it so you can be woken up in the mornings with the playground noise and they do sing the national anthem before they are allowed into the building. Staff were lovely, there is a young guy that works there who helps with the luggage and breakfast area and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Just note that during most of the day the road the hotel is on closes so taxis are not able to directly drop you off or pick you up outside hotel. I never read this anywhere in reviews or on hotel info.

There wasn’t much choice for breakfast.
Plus point it was local and convenient to the main road and tram.

The staff are fantastic. This is my 2nd stay in 3 month's. Location is great as it is central to all the main site's and lots of food options. Will be back again when in Istanbul again.

Very close to all major sites in Istanbul. Food outlets very close within walking distance. Tram station close by. Close to restaurants. The staff made the stay in the hotel worthwhile, very polite and helpful. Special mention of Kadri and Ozgun.
A small but excellent hotel with all the facilities you need. Excellent location and round the corner from a tram stop. Only 1 stop Away from the blue mosque.
Breakfast was good but no made to order service if you are expecting a cooked breakfast. Dining area isn’t very big and was always full at breakfast time. That’s what happens with a full and popular hotel.
Staff are very helpful and eager to make your stay better. Kadiri and Ozgun were particularly helpful and staff are very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is spot on to get to all the sightseeing places.

Hotel is nice, location is great as it is walkable distance to a lot of tourist attractions.

It's more of a 3 star hotel experience but we had a pleasant stay
Our flight was delayed, we arrived late, but still OK the young receptionist even took us to a near by restaurant which was still open in the mid night. After a long day we found the shower drain was blocked was unable to take a shower, we told the receptionist he was quickly solved the problem. The hotel is a bit old, the worse thing was you can hear next door talking, taking showers while singing 😅, if they put music on you can hear clearly too. The day time receptionist Ufuk was very helpful, he gave us a lot of information and advice about the area. Every time we had a question or problem, he can sort out rapidly. The hotel is 3 stars, the service we received was 5 stars.
