    Poor service- arrogant staff

    Named 5-star but service and quality is 3-Star. Used linen, Asking for extran money at the time of check-in as a security deposit to prepaid customers. The lobby is the only impressive piece. Limited variety in the breakfast buffet. Not recommended for 5-star customers.
