    Excellent Stay

    The hotel is extremely close to karacoy tram station - super location. The terrace has a lovely view of the bosphorus and has a very large breakfast spread. The staff is very nice and helpful. For instance - cabs drop and pickup a few metres from their front door, the hotel staff would promptly come with you to help you with your luggage! double rooms are a bit small - for a comfortable stay, do choose the higher rooms.

    We had a good stay at ferman. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have good breakfast spread and serve on the terrace with nice view. The staff is super helpful and guided us in all aspects from local commute to things to do. If you are looking to stay close to galata and istiklal street then this is a very good option.

    Very bad experience

    The hotel was very beautiful but the way they handle my problem was very unfair. There ac was not working properly. And they were fail to solve it full night i couldn’t sleep properly. Rest everything was good.
