Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! the location was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant and lively area. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed a delightful 5-night stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel even arranged a cake at free of cost for one of our celebration during the stay.

Location is great. Lot of eateries in the street. Breakfast was good. Standard room was small but clean and comfortablr

The room were really small. Their were some kind of smell
and if you have booked the room for three days they will only give 1 lt water to drink for 3 days not justify

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is right in the heart of the action. On the right side was istiklal street and when you turn left you have the galata tower area just minutes away. If you wish to go to areas like the spice market across the bridge on the other side. The tram/ metro is just minutes away. The breakfast was excellent and every morning the restaurant manager and the chef took good care of our meals ab making us a special vegetarian breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Only negative was that during our 3 nights stay at this hotel they gave us only one bottle of water and bluntly told us that we would have to buy water from them if we wanted any more. I think that was unnecessary.

"Exceptional Experience! From check-in to check-out, our stay at Richmond was absolute perfection. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They have upgraded our room as compliment .The room was immaculate, modern, and boasted stunning views. The amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't be beat. It is centre of Istiklal street which is heart of the city.We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant/bar .. breakfast was awesome as they offered so many varieties .room cleaning was regular. As we stay there for 5 nights ..the reception staff was so helpful and humble. ..its a 5 star property we enjoyed and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you Richmond and their staff for an unforgettable experience! We can't wait to return.❤️ Rating: 5/5 stars"
You couldn't get a better location for a hotel stay in istanbul, right on istaklal street this is the perfect stay. Breakfast spread was good and chef took special care to fulfill our vegetarian requirement. Will definitely recommend this stay

I had a wonderful time at Richmond the location is perfect … the view of the harbour was cool … the staff was very nice … would like to recommend Tarik for the help related to the directions of the city and taking care of the things I left behind … he was very good

venue is amazing 🤩 in istiklal street. food: we had breakfast lots of choices. what really impressed me was the people hospitality of staff mr. ilyas. the hotel is super clean and the rooms are really wide also bathroom we stayed in 508 and no noise at all thanks again. The first photo is in the reception and the second is in front of the main entrance

The location of the hotel was brilliant, right on istikal street and the staff was also very friendly and efficient, all in all, I Am going to be there back soon.
