It was really wonderful experience with our stay. Staff was very polite and humble. Our room was neat and clean, our stay was very comfortable.

Very bad experience at Turvan hotel I booked 01 room 02 adults. while at the time of check in receptionist said u have to pay 390 Turkish lira extra for 02 member I showed my booking with 02 adults but he clearly denied and said if want to check in u have to pay, and I paid because I can argue with hotelier at night 1130 PM with my wife room is very bad AC is not working,we slept with open window so we can get air .rubbish experience in Istanbul which faced because of Turvan hotel

The hotel receptionist doesn’t accept the booking

When i arrived the hotel, the receptionist doesn’t accept the claims that you haven’t book the hotel room then we show the email that we received from make my trip after a long conversation when accepted to give the room, and the room which i booked was for me and my wife and daughter but he was trying to give single bed which is hardly for a person, and i ask him that how can we stay in that. He said this is what in your booking, i said if it like this why the booking can be done for a family, there is no where in the world that single bed for a family. After i enter the whole family members name during the booking this shouldn’t be allowed while booking itself, but here after we reach the hotel he is giving a single bed is not acceptable
