Smiling and helpful staff. Great location close to the sea. Clean and comfy rooms. But breakfast service might be better.
It was wonderful to realize that I do not need to search for a restaurant in order to have dinner with my mother. We have a lovely dinner on-site. It was fresh, and delicious. The administration was friendly, and did all for making sure that the communication is well received. Even though the receptionist did not talk English, we used Google Translate with audio messaging that made our communication super easy.

Great rooms, great location and great service. This beachfront small hotel boasts a mere 10-12 rooms but all are clean and fantastic. There is a beautiful pool and a private beach. You will need a car to visit restaurants and shops. The very popular bar on the top floor of the hotel can get noisy.
saeed.partnerNov 11, 2023 This property is truly the jewel of Ordu. Pikola is a true boutique hotel on the coast of the Black Sea. The seaside rooms also face the small but beautiful pool on the property. The hotel was very clean and staff great. My only complaint is the noise from the very popular bar on the top floor. Currently there is not much in the way of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, so I recommend having a car. Otherwise it is a great place to chill.
Modern accommodations with beautiful view
Hotel staff didn’t know English but were helpful anyways :) we loved the hotel, but I think we got unlucky with the room. It was on the first floor right behind the reception desk and there was no soundproofing at all. We can hear people talking and checking in, moving their luggage etc. There was no A/C, the system was ventilation and heating only. We did not feel safe to open the balcony door on the first floor and it was very hot in the room. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had preset options, which were not things we were used to and didn’t offer any meat at all.

Bayram tatilinde çok keyifli bir konaklama yaptık. Butik otel tadında çok iyi dekore edilmiş. Oda geniş, ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil ama gayet doyurucuydu. Kahvaltı ekibi ve resepsiyon güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Yazın konaklama yapmayı düşünebilirsiniz. Denize sıfır ve havuzu var.

Konforlu ve guzel bir konaklama
Guzel bi konaklama oldu. Hijyen oncelikli olarak ustun bir konaklama hizmeti gordum. Sabah kahvaltisinda sezgin beyin sohbeti ile gunumuz enerjilendi. Bir sonraki konaklamamda aksam yemeklerini denemeyi duzunuyorum. Merkeze 20dk mesafede olmasina rahmen oteli tavsiye ederim.
Vielen Dank an das freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Zimmer entsprachen einem gehobenen Niveau, auch das Badezimmer. Sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt: Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit Pool und Zugang zum Schwarzen Meer, alles sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet
