I recently stayed at Emirates Plaza Hotel emirates plaza in the heart of abu dhabi, and i must say it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center with numerous clubs and attractions nearby. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff. The reception team, especially nistar and anil, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to assist with any queries i had. Room service was top-notch, thanks to angelo, who ensured that my room was spotless and all my requests were promptly attended to. The room itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The combination of a great location and excellent service makes it a good choice. Thank you, nistar, anil, and angelo, for making my stay memorable!

Certainly! here’s a concise review of your recent stay at emirates plaza Emirates Plaza Hotel: - i recently stayed at emirates plaza Emirates Plaza Hotel and had a generally positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which i appreciated. The room was satisfactory, although there was an issue with the bathroom flush not working properly. Apart from that, everything else was good. Thanks to the Emirates Plaza Hotel staff for their efforts.

I recently stayed at this Emirates Plaza Hotel and found the rooms to be satisfactory. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly, especially ali, nistar, alex, raja, and housekeeping staff member angelo. This time, the rooms were in better condition. The location is excellent, situated in the city with plenty of clubs and pubs nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great team of staff.

My stay was satisfactory this time. I received a better room since the unwelcoming receptionist, who typically never smiles, was on the late night shift and wasn't there when i checked in. I would strongly recommend management to avoid such staffs from front desk as this only create discomfort to customers. Being regular customer here i never seen a better approach from him.

Our overall experience was pleasant. The location is easy to find and very accessible. Lots of restobars in the building, can be loud at times and crowded in the lift. Breakfast is included in our room reservation. The breakfast served on our 1st day was not what we expected but customer service was kind enough to raise it to their f&b management.

location is great .. better location for people who like night life .. many pubs and clubs here and near .. Hotel has some renovated rooms... buy you rarely get them , night shift staff are super friendly and supportive specially Raja,nistar,Angelo,faizal . if you don't find much amenities ask from room service they will get it.

Staffs were very supportive and helpful specially Raja , Nisthar and the Reception manager . The Filipino lady on day shift was also were kind. Renovated rooms are better than before . Good location to party with friends, families with party vibe may visit but who wish just for night sleep I wouldn't recommend much.

The Emirates Plaza Hotel was very nice and quiet. All amenities were available as mentioned. Bathroom and beds were clean. Room service was provided every day. Totally worth the budget. The Emirates Plaza Hotel is also near to abu dhabi mall and bus stops and few main spots. I would highly recommend. Thanks

Hotel location is perfect as it is at the center of abu dhabi. You can access public transport easily right infront of the Emirates Plaza Hotel and move around the city easily. Service is perfect and staffs are so friendly and accommodating. They have bars and club inside the Emirates Plaza Hotel.

Stay was good this time front desk staff nistar, alex, raja was super friendly and supportive and cannot forget the housekeeping staff albertos he was also very helpful. I was provided with better rooms than before.

Room was good and clean but it’s too much music sounds coming from other floor we was disturbed and there was no privacy lost of peoples came to Emirates Plaza Hotel lobby elevator was busy because of outside guest

Only i want to say give sometime good discount bcz now may be you know before 3 years maximum everyweek i book one room and sometime 2 or 3 room everyweek but still no rating no discount but thank you.

The experience overall at the Emirates Plaza Hotel is very good. The only issues we had were minor ones: minimal leakage on the bathroom sink, and slight noise from the club.
