Exceptional service during our stay which was very quiet during the week. Immaculate soft sandy beach with calm crystal clear waters. The large pool with swim up bar and pool toys was a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. Our traditionally styled 1 bed villa with private pool was huge and although some aspects were a little tired, the fact it opened up onto the beach was a huge plus. Can't fault the service from the team, including Ahmed on reception. The only downside was some of the food which was a bit hit and miss. If you stick to local dishes you'll be fine, however being limited to the onsite restaurant during longer stays may dampen things a little.
It was a great place. Gets very quiet after 19:30. But the Saturday afternoon pool party was great!

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. My kids loved it and will surely go visit again.

Really amazing welcoming from the free mojitos in the room and fruit basket. Always attentive and accommodating. Restaurant served delicious breakfast and excellent service. Great heated private pool.

Ramu was amazing and looked after us so well, but all staff we had pleasure of interacting with were all great! Dowit, villa manger, Brenda, Chris, Achu and the waiter from Nepal (apologies forgot his name)! Thank again and look forward to returning!
It was simply a serene stay at Al Maya Island. The staff were very hospitable. The villas give immense privacy with exclusive beach assess to only the villa patrons.

Quite, safe and friendly staff. But transportation to and from the island is a challenge. The beach is full of small deer poop. The rooms lack some basic amenities like a coffee machine. This is extremely important as the only restaurant on the island closes at 8:00 pm. There are no stores or any other sources of food or drinks after 8:00 pm. At times it felt like being on a prison island. Cast away of sorts.

Ahmad and Mina took good care of us and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The security team were professional and ensured a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
