    I don't understand why makemytrip failed to inspect this. I am a silver tier customer, and last night, when we came from sharjah, there was no room available, which was completely irresponsible. This is a major mistake on your part, yet you don't seem to realize it even now. Such a big scam and no proper inquiry from your side. I want my funds to be refunded immediately. Additionally, your customer support system is non-existent here. The people handling support on whatsapp are not responding either"
