Hotel doesn't really have the standards of a 5 stars. Some floors are smoking floors, and we initially got assigned a room in a smoking floor while we have a baby! we had to insist so they switch us. The restaurant is tiny and congested every morning and food variety is small. Finally the rooms are a bit old and the furniture is below the standards of a 5* hotel. Also, the mandatory valet service is annoying, guests can't have access to the parking

The service was exceptional, with prompt responses from the staff. The staff demonstrated excellent time management skills. Muneer and um-air provided outstanding service, reflecting jannah's commitment to exceptional hospitality and customer service.

Terrible service! we honestly had a family emergency and was willing to provide evidence but they did not consider our request to cancel or even to give us credit for future use

I recently stayed at jannah hotel and had a wonderful experience. The standout moment was the exceptional room service. Room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was top-notch. Cristine’s dedication truly enhanced my stay. Highly recommend jannah and will definitely return!

Amazing experience, hustle free checkin. Karla, she is really amazing, very helpful. We request for early check-in and she did it wonderfully. Please look for her when you going here for smooth experience. Food very good, breakfast menu very delicious, healthy one.

Band initial impression when checked in - long queue, originally booked king bed and i was told at the reception that i have been upgraded but to my surprise the put me in a double-bed room with a connected door so it was terrible. I had to wait 3 hours to change my room. The location is in a very crowded area and the property is over-priced and over rated. Staff in general are friendly and they are trying their best.

The suite was very good. Very friendly staff. Special mention to sushant who was at the reception he was very polite and friendly. Location of the hotel is ideal. Will definitely make this our first choice when travel-ling to a uh in the future. Only downside was the in room dining options were limited and a little expensive. Rest all was up to standard.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I booked a junior suite with sea view. The view from the room was amazing. The location is also good. Everything is easily available at nearby locations. Staffs were so friendly. The only thing i wanted them to improve is the delay in providing amenities. I had to repeatedly call the receptionist to get the amenities that i requested. Apart from that it was a peaceful and wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, good location, rooms are very neat and clean. Especially staff ms. Kurla greeted us nicely and totally this stay was awesome for my family.

The views are amazing. Whether it's the view of the gorgeous 🕌 or the pool side.. there's no wrong view. It's reasonably priced, and they have quick meals or a sit-in buffet restaurant in the lobby. They also have two awesome restaurants that offer you a chill feel or a more upscale rooftop restaurant in the facility. The whole place is impeccably clean. The staff are amazing and can provide great site-seeing suggestions, and the room service is fast and efficient.
