It's a very old hotel, the location is very good, in the middle of the town. But the cleanliness is very bad.

My overall experience on this hotel was good with the price they offered. I was shocked with the reviews on the google but in reality it was not so bad as mentioned. The hotel is quite old but it was clean inside the room. You can’t find all the amenities there like slippers or toothbrush.

1. No bright light option inside the room, 2. No plug point for charging the mobile inside the room, 3. Complimentary tea, coffee options in the room very poor.

My first day in trianon video your booking the stay was poor. Next day i booked at their counter/reception and asked for room change and they provided me excellent room and service.

It's a good location to access everything we need. The deluxe room is quite big and silent which i like coz it's really relaxing. I'll be glad to stay again next time.
