My experience everything is good, good staff, tasty and quality food, nice behaviour of front office staff as well as room attenders, comfort stay for weekends, kids play area is amazing

Breakfast was good. Especially they have incorporated indian delicacies along with continental. Hotel is old and needs some maintenance.

It is not un excuse that if you fully booked to give bad service! the room i asked for is with queen bed after i get confirmed i surprised when it was wasn’t and the team didn’t change it, the room was not clean well plus we didn’t get the rooms before 4 pm, pillows was so bad, i been booked before but it was better!

Good experience but got rooms bit late our check in time was 3 pm but they provide room at 4 pm but they have promised for 1 hr extra time at check out soo let see

There was huge delay from the hotel for check-in for us and our friends as finally we can make check-in at 4 pm. In addition to that the hotel amenities are not clean and the room furniture is old and some are not working well such us the bathroom

Room service was not upto the mark, clogged drain in washroom, waited 2 hours to get room key after checkin time, got one towel in the bathroom after many follow-ups

This isn't my first time at me-cure grand, i have stayed here several times and it has always been a happy and relaxed stay. The amenities provided are suitable and what is needed. Staff are friendly and very helpful and not pushy. The pool is the best thing so refreshing and enjoyed the slides very much. The only feedback would be for the pool bar. We ordered drinks at the bar and they wouldnt charge it to the room. So we had to go all the way back up. At-least at reception they should ask it we would like to put some credit to our room. Other than that this hotel is a must stay at place if you want to visit the famous jabel ha-feet mountain at al ain. By the way in the previous question you asked it there was some element i didn't like, but no option for na, i was forced to select an option.

Bugs found in rooms. Rooms are very clean except bugs noticed during my stay and some other insects also noticed
