From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I knew I had crossed into a realm of luxury. The Atlantis Palm was no ordinary Atlantis, The Palm; it was a symphony of indulgence. As a guest, I became part of that opus. The staff.. oh, the staff! they wove magic with their warm smiles and attentive gestures. Whether I wandered through the aquatic wonderland of Aquaventure or strolled along the private beach, their hospitality enveloped me like a silken robe. My room.. oh, that sanctuary! The housekeeping team, akin to meticulous wizards, ensured every detail sang in harmony. The view… Imagine dining by the golden line of the sunset, the ocean stretching before you like an endless canvas. The sunset, a fiery kiss on the horizon, painted our celebration with hues of gold and crimson. And what was this celebration, you ask? A secret shared only between the stars and the concierge. They adorned our room, weaving ribbons of joy and petals of surprise. My wife's eyes widened as she stepped inside, greeted by a room that cradled the sun's descent. The cake… a confectionary masterpiece.. arrived, and we savored each bite, as if tasting eternity itself. But the Atlantis Palm held more than rooms and delicacies. Its heart beat within Aquaventure, a water park where laughter echoed off turquoise waves. We rode the slides, our laughter mingling with the splash. Even our little one, barely a year old, giggled as if the sun danced in his tiny hands. When exhausted by the fun we had, we retreated to the poolside. The water cradled us, and the palm trees whispered secrets. We swam, we floated, and we watched the sky blush as day surrendered to night. The beach, too, offered solace… a place to bury our toes in warm sand and dream of adventures yet to unfold. As our stay drew to a close, I vowed to return. The Atlantis Palm had etched itself into my soul. Its staff, the architects of dreams, deserved applause. So here it is, dear reader: a standing ovation for a true 5-star experience. May the stars guide me back to this luxurious haven, where sunsets linger and memories shimmer like desert mirages. And so ends our tale, a chapter of warmth, wonder, and the Atlantis Palm Dubai, where heaven meets the earth in a symphony of gold. Overall, We’ll definitely be back. Kudos to the dedicated staff and management for delivering a true 5-star experience!

Overall to my stay experience - location - the best location with amazing breathtaking views. Food - we had a chicken burger at the burger joint which was huge and yummy! service - every staff followed the covid 19 norms and guided us every time when we asked them.
We were delighted by atlantis staff who guided us at every stage - while checking in the process was simple and fast. It took hardly 10 mins to get our check in done. After check in when we walked towards our room the lift, the corridors were clean and nicely decorated. The staff guided us towards the room and were quite responsive on our questions. Everyone were wearing mask and gloves and were maintaining the social distance norms. We got the room on 16th floor and the same was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Along with the room we had access to their private beach, aqua venture water park and lost chambers. We had got 4 bottles of water and fresh fruits as complimentary. To my surprise when i checked the tv to check out the options it had a personal note display on tv which was our anniversary greeting and late evening we also got a small dark chocolate cheese cake for our anniversary celebration which was like a cherry on the cake. We then enjoyed lost chambers in evening and the next day visited the aqua venture park which was well maintained, had a capacity of 50% and all the lifeguards were quite active. Overall it was an amazing and delightful stay at atlantis the palm. We would definitely book atlantis whenever we visit dubai next time. If you are in dubai you must definitely stay in atlantis the palm. It is a lifetime experience and it is worth every penny you pay here. The hospitality here is top notch from service, food, staff, front desk, housekeeping and what not the list goes on. Everything is just perfect, the staff is always there to help you at any point of time. Everyone is so polite and helpful that you will feel like a top of the world. Not only in atlantis but the staff in aquaventure they are so concerned about you that they will guide you for each and everything. Coming to the food guys if u are a foodie you shud definitely reach the breakfast menu by 7 so that you can enjoy the entire menu because it’s huge i mean this spread. Also, if you’re taking room with imperial club option, you will get high tea and evening snacks which includes alcohol as well and the spread over there also is quite good. You will not feel like having your dinner because from 3 to 5 and 5 to 7 you will feel full of food and alcohol. My suggestion please book room with imperial club option where you will save the lunch and dinner cost because if you have your breakfast, you won’t be able to have your lunch because it is so full, and if you’ll have your evening spread, you won’t be able to have your dinner

We recently visited dubai for 15 days and stayed in four different Atlantis, The Palms. One of them was atlantis, the palm where we spent only three days. Yet, those three days turned out to be an incredible experience. The hospitality we received was unparalleled; it felt as though the guest service staff could never utter a 'no. Our two-day escapade at the water park was exhilarating, an experience like never before. It's a child-friendly destination, with an entirely separate area dedicated to them, including a different water park. Our kids could indeed enjoy their entire day there. The rooms are spacious and each one comes with a balcony. But the highlight of our stay was the food, particularly the indian cuisine. We have explored over 25 restaurants in dubai, but the indian food at atlantis surpassed them all. It is safe to say that the best indian food in the entire city is served here. The services, room interiors, and everything else can be rated nothing less than 7 stars. Atlantis, the palm provides a truly luxurious experience and ensures a stay that you will never forget.

The Atlantis, The Palm is great, i took imperial club room. It has a dedicated lounge and beach. Every time you come in lounge they ask you room no even if you come back after 5 min. In the name of personalised check in they take too much time. After half hour waiting, i went to main lobby and did check in 5 min. Still they skipped my second day booking and came to know when we were locked out of everything as system had auto checked out. It took 45 min to do check in again. If i had been to main lobby, i would have been free much earlier. I got to know that i was eligible for breakfast in 2 restaurant besides lobby from a fellow guest. The guest team didn't bothered to tell me. I believe many such facilities i may have skipped. It's a great place to stay for min 3 days with family but do your own research as the staff is english speaking but struggling to speak in english.

I stayed in atlantis resorts dubai along with my family for 7 nights. I would rate the experience the best i and my family have ever had on a tourist visit. The staff was extremely courteous and the Atlantis, The Palm had almost everything that one can think of for experience dubai life. The water park aquaventure is superb! some of the restaurants were mind boggling and featured the most exquisite dishes in the world. It was like a dream. The Atlantis, The Palm took care of early checkin and late checkout as well. And makemytrip made this whole experience really pleasurable by sorting out some booking related issues. I would strongly recommend atlantis resorts for anyone visiting dubai with their family for tourism. Stay for 2 nights atleast. No thank you

Atlantis the palm is great, staff is so good and polite. From starting to end everything was excellent. They are best in guest services. They upgraded our room without any cost and allowed early check in. U can keep your luggage and go straight to aquaventure. Buggy service is there from atlantis to aquaventure. Imperial club room with ocean room was great. Only thing which atlantis should add is a free shuttle to emirates mall or dubai hill mall for catching metro as all other Atlantis, The Palms like taj exotica at palm jumeirah has this service so that guest can move to the city without any hassles. Also they should add indian dishes and indian restaurants.

Unable to put into words the entrance is magnificent and the dome structures with the sea urchin or coral in the center stage of a detailed sea carvings in the foyer or the shell water fountains. It’s like ethereal and mesmerising. The staff at check in super efficient and easy on they eyes or the water exotic arabian teas and coffee till you relax. The few minutes to check in went in a flash exploring all the wings till you are at standstill in the sea aquarian which houses exotic sharks sting rays and a beautiful plethora of species. Still hold this picture in my heart amid many thanks to the owner and architect who bought this atlantic city vision to us

Celebrating our first anniversary at atlantis the palm added an extra layer of magic to our stay in a luxurious room with an ocean view balcony and a surreal sun set view. The exquisite setting, coupled with the captivating sea aquarium and enchanting performances at en fuego, made our special day truly unforgettable. The thoughtful gestures from the staff and the culinary delights further heightened the romance. Atlantis the palm not only provided a luxurious retreat but also crafted the perfect backdrop for a memorable milestone celebration. Grateful for the cherished memories created during our stay.

Check in experience was extremely smooth with no hassles. The best part of the stay was my room. The architecture was outstanding. I liked the carpet design of a mixture of blue colours. The staff were courteous and went out of the way to help. I also used services of the travel desk. Though the availability of chauffeur driven cars was limited, they provided a nice mercedes car to use for sightseeing and airport drop. Overall lovely stay. Only drawback is the dress code requirement for a lot of the restaurants.

What an incredible stay at the atlantis. We were upgraded to an amazing imperial suite at the 21st floor. Incredible views and simply awesome food. The Atlantis, The Palm staff were always reminding people to put on their mask, and every 20/15 mins we could see people sanitising the lifts and the lobby area. The breakfast selections were immense and top of the world ! friendly staff, who always had a nice word to say to my children!

Had a great stay at the atlantis. Got a huge upgrade at a meagre 50 aed which i paid at the reception itself. You can add breakfast @ 150 aed/ person which can again be booked at the Atlantis, The Palm. The stay included a day long pass at the 'aquaventure' water park and aquarium. Dolphin house and sea lion exhibit are paid features and can cost upto 600 aed. Overall a 'kick experience.

Everything about our stay at atlantis the palm was amazing & perfect. Food is delicious in lounge area, drinks are unlimited for imperial club lounge members. Wave has amount less fun for kids, aqua-venture park is full of enthralling rides and fun.

Had gone to celebrate wedding anniversary with my one year old kid. Excellent Atlantis, The Palm must stay in dubai. Food was excellent. Entertainment was very good my child enjoyed it a lot.

I know it's a 5 star property but we as jain need pure vegetarian restaurants cos in india we have separate kitchen for vegetarian n non-vegetarian foods so pols request in future if it's possible
