Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments

Stayed here for the last 3 days of our journey. Having shifted over from Hyatt Recency, on the first day regretted the shift, but slowly the Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments's ethnic ambiance and the caring and Courteous staff made us feel at home. Thou there were problems with the lift the bathroom commode they were all solved with a smile. The Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments is located in Deira center, close to metro Al Rigga. Has a nice high lobby with shinning steel columns and railings. Framed Painting all over. Gives a nice regal and ethnic feel. Complimentary Dates and Arabic coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. Wi-Fi was working great everywhere. Rooms are spacious clean and regal. The bathroom has really hot water; nice Tub to soak in after a days tour.

Hotel location is great. Very near to Dubai mall, frame, or other loc. In breakfast international style buffet was there. Two Indian dishes, few Lebanese, bakery, juices, cereals etc. I wish they can add more Indian dishes to the breakfast. Staff was very helpful. We had booked 2 rooms and they upgraded us to an apartment without any extra charge. Ask for Mark at the reception. He will help you in all the issues.

Clean rooms, service was good. Concorde breakfast had a good spread. Everything was good except the club on the first floor looks creepy. Also the carpets needs cleaning.

The Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments stay is connected to all means of transport in Dubai City including the airport and seaport which are 5-10 minutes away. The hospitality of the Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments management and staff was good overall, I would recommend this all who are looking for a short stay in Dubai.

This is the best Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments to stay at the cleanest rooms. The friendliest reception staff. The most convenient location. Overall the best. It felt like home, I had stayed for 5 days at the end felt sad to leave it. Definitely will stay here at my future trips to Dubai.

Travel agency, salons, grocery store food court are within the campus of Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments. Friendly staff, easy check out with gold souk, creek, and Deira mall in 10minutes of walking distance. Al rigga station is close enough. Overal a good option for stay.

A great place to stay. My room was upgraded to a luxury suite for free. Staff is friendly and courteous. Response is prompt and addressed. It's nearby Deira clock tower and city center and we'll connected by metro. Overall a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Excellent.

I recommend this Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments for families. Only thing was a full fledged restaurant was missing. Otherwise decent Hotel. Metro in walk-able distance.

Excellent property about half km from alright metro station, the property is situated very close to the market area. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.
Lighting needs improvement and reading lights should be provided on the table and bedsides.

Great Hotel. Neat and clean. Well behaved staff. I had 2 senior citizens with me and Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments staff gave us 2 wheelchairs, till our stay. Even they provided cabs at reasonable rates. Location wise is excellent.

A pleasant stay at the Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments. Especially Mohamed Altaf and Akhbar were were cooperative throughout the stay. I stayed for a couple of days and all amenities like swimming pool, gym were great. Thanks.

Had a great time staying at the Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments for 3 nights. Room service was very clean and quick. Recommend for Indian families. Staff named Althaf was excellent and would like to give 5 stars. Cheers.

The apartment is spacious. The location is also good. Good to cook in the apartment as kitchen is spacious and ventilation is good. The bathrooms are bit uncomfortable as space is limited and difficult to use it.

The stay was nice with them. Gym can be little better and pool too. But food is good. Room was large. So we enjoyed.

Please give 1 water bottle to costumer, otherwise very good and fantastic stay and all staff members are very humble.

We paid the whole amount in advance and when we reached Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments and at the time of check-in they asked us to pay extra amount as tax. Irrelevant.

5 nights stay, convenient to access metro.
Nothing as such, the room was good enough.

Location is very nice and I will give 5-star rating as their service is awesome.

Only the tourism fee was extra charged. Rest everything was too good.

Rooms was neat and clean. Quick response by housingkeeping. Hotel staff was very friendly, Althaf, Siddiq and Rudeyln. This is a great experience to be there.
