Fairmont The Palm is a luxurious property located at the heart of the city. The staff is extremely professional and helpful, providing excellent service. The private beach and lovely pool are perfect for a relaxing stay. However, some guests have reported poor service and maintenance issues in their rooms. Very good hotel at a very good location

When it's Palms Jumeriah, people talk only about one Fairmont The Palm. I am not mentioning it. My check in experience was brilliant and I also got an upgrade. However, the AC was working as it wished to even when we switched it off, the desk led lamp would not work and many more. My 2 yrs old liked the kid's water play area experience. Overall the stay was wonderful with assistance from lovely staff like Jenny and Kim.

Everything else was good but The staff was not cooperative at all. We had a flight early morning and we had already paid for The breakfast so we requested them just to pack a slice of bread and one egg. And they rudely told us they cannot. When I went down to quickly grab a slice of bread so I can eat on The way to The Airport, they stopped me and said this is not allowed

It's a class apart, The view from the Fairmont The Palm is amazing The rooms are so cozy big and The best part is the location of the Fairmont The Palm.
