I stayed at this property for 5 nights and let me tell you the stay was amazing. I booked a deluxe room but then they suggested me to upgrade to a family suite as we were 3 people and it was actually a good idea. The suite was extremely comfortable for us. The rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday. The Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai is located at a very prime location as it is very close (100 meters) to the burjuman metro station. The connectivity for the attractions is very good. There are a lot of food options and there are many supermarkets as well. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The ambiance is also good. I opted for the breakfast as well. There are many options in both veg and non veg. There were new options everyday of course few of them were repeated but still many fresh options everyday. The food tastes really good and they maintain proper hygiene as well. Don’t consider any previous reviews by the people because i’ve stayed at the property recently so i know the reality. To conclude it’s definitely recommended and worth every penny spent. 10/10

Human connection is an essential aspect in Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai business. So far, the staff of the Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai were generally professional during our stay. But exeptionally, the guards in the parking and the housekeeping staff are great wearing a smile on their faces the entire time we meet them. The amenities were good, but the pool was on top of that. I had issues looking for the parking entrance. But its understandable since dubai was always a challenging city to drive to. Location was great. Its in the center of dubai. Burjuman mall and metro station is about 200 meters away making it an accessible hub for transportation and shopping. Overall, me and my wife had a very good stay.

The property’s location is near to metro which is very convenient. I wasn’t expecting that much from the Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai but when me and my boyfriend got there, we are impressed by the space in the room, it’s huge. Also, i like the fact that they have full toiletries, unlike other Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubais who only gives shampoo and soap, here they give everything so you won’t have to worry about it. There’s also parking which is nice, my boyfriend never had a problem with it. Overall, the experience was great though i only stayed there for less than 12 hours.

Below is my review of the property : pros : -walking distance from burjuman metro station -staff is courteous and helpful cons : - there are lot of issues with bathroom/toilet fittings. I had to change room because the flush wont work and even in new room there was a leakage - we got hot water hardly twice during our stay for 7 days. Overall location wise its a good property but there are major issues and given the fact that the price is high, it becomes difficult to deal with this issue.

The property is located in a surrounding filled with excellent indian restaurants (veg and non veg) hence did not try the food at the Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai as the Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai restaurant reviews were bad. Download careem/ noon app for food and other essential delivery which is very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean, housekeeping staff does a good job at cleaning the rooms everyday. Almost was good honestly. But only one negative issue i feel little dissapointed because the reception guy he keep-ed my emirates id untill i checkout otherwise need to deposit 200 dhms he said like this. T hie is my first experience. I had used more then 10 five star Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai is uae. So i same time told him for take the photo copy and keep for you then give the original emirates id but he tell to me lie. He said there is no printer.

Stayed for 8 nights. Slightly old place. Excellent connectivity due to proximity to burjuman metro. The taps generally give out more hot water than expected - the mixers need to be fixed. Clean linen, towels. The kettle was smelly, had to get it replaced. Courteous staff a big plus. Did not try the restaurants hence no comment. The Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai room was quite spacious and well kept. The reception staff also were quite helpful and respectful whenever we requested anything for our stay. Special mention to mohammad as he was very polite and helpful for our stay. The Raviz Center Point Hotel Bur Dubai location itself is very convenient due to its proximity to a metro station.
