Worst hotel at a prime location in dubai that should be based at an amazon forest for the poor standards and service quality. The hotel did not have any electricity for whole 10 hrs, mark that when i had a flight to board today early morning at 3. I woke up to no light and telephone connection while based on the 11th floor at 3 am struggling to contact someone about what’s happening. Had to go downstairs finally after 15 min to enquirer where the staff gave me the stupidest response blaming the government who were “seemingly” conducting a maintenance activity due to which power supply will be cut till morning 10am? do you believe this? they did not care to inform any guests. They were not only unapologetic but didn’t give me an alternative to pursue when i had a 7 am flight to board today. I could not waste anymore time, came back to my room and used my phone’s torch with half charge cause there wasn’t any electricity since 11 pm last night, to get ready in the room and catch my flight in time. Unbelievable for a 4-star hotel in dubai jlt. I was a solo business traveler who was hassled at odd hours with 0 resolution or even an attempt to offer a solution at those hours. Also, the hotel has security breaches. I told a friend who was picking me up to wait downstairs at the lobby a day before and she came straight to my room cause no one checked nor asked her the room number. Lift has complete access to everyone and not just residents. They made me wait till 2. 30 pm upon arrival when the check in time was 2 and didn’t give me a room. The washroom had all sort of plumbing and electrical issues like the in built hair dryer not working, bath tub drainage issues and bath tub tap not working. During the limited few hours i spent at the hotel, i was constantly surprised. And then no electricity for whole 10 hrs right before an early morning check out? even a third world country’s villages are better prepared to deal with this than a 4-star jlt hotel in dubai central. Pathetic hotel and worst decision to stay here.

Not so good service. Staff was rude and room provided was smelly. I booked a room with city view and i was provided a room on 3rd floor with barely any view. I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel

We found it uncomfortable as the place is looks dirty. Maybe not dirty maybe just too old that it looks like the carpet wasn't map for so long. There was only 1 towel in the room and has a whole. The breakfast though is tasty but even the cups are disposables. I felt that i could get a better hotel for the same price nearby. Overall, rated 4 star but it was even far from a regular 3 star hotel.

The location is great and the rooms are decent, but the management is very rude. I had to call three times just to ask water early in the morning. When i called for the third time, he tells me that sorry we have given you two bottles already last night and more will be chargeable, even in spite of me telling him that okay charge me since i was very thirsty in the morning, they did not bring up the water bottle. How inhuman and careless can you be to make someone suffer for water as a guest in your hotel, in spite of me, telling you to charge me if needed for which the person says he will see what he can do.

Stay was not comfortable, it's average only. Swimming pool has only few bads. Breakfast options are very limited and repetitive. Also room doesnot have standard stuff like toothbrush and all. Sorry i don't have

The hotel was completely fraud, they said they have a bar, which was not there, we have not stayed there and left hotel immediately, i have raise a complaint with you to refund my money as the hotel has failed to fulfill the given facilities

Cupboard is not moving plus washroom is terrible not so clean. I have booking with you again 8 nov to 10 nov. I hope they are giving decent room this time

I stayed one night only, didn’t use any of the amenities. In the room: - sink was broken and toilet faucet was not working. - no slippers, iron or iron table were available; i asked for - the room smells like a pimp. - few tv channels are available. - only one torn towel with holes in bathroom.

Has everything you would expect of a good stay- decent pool and gym and amazing staff. Thar place is close to the metro too. My only complaint was the internet speed. Quite slow for this day and age

The stay was terrible. Staff behaviour was rude. They so called gave upgrade to premium, but the room was filthy and was full of dust.
