Terrible experience at better living apartments

The whole hotel. As soon as we entered the building there was this bad stench. The apartment was dirty. The carpets was dirty and stained all over, the sofas and curtains were bad. I did not feel like opening the curtains. There was a foul smell in the apartment. The walls were stained in places, specially the bathroom. There was stuff fallen on the carpet and not picked up. The worse part was when i opened the bathroom, there were small cockroaches running from here to there. There were q dead cockroaches found in the bedroom too. I have never before paid for such an apartment. It was a complete put off and i would never advice this place to anyone else. We went down for breakfast in the morning. There was no buffet and they were cleaning the place or something so tables had god knows what on it. Who would expect this when they were going down to have bfast. Overall a terrible experience for me. I just cudnt wait to spend those 2 nights booked there and get out of that place.

The room is good but the reception assistance and services is very poor as well for wifi, we cannot even browse for google.

I have stayed at many properties in dubai and i find better living one of the finest property to stay. As compared to other properties, you will find an attached dining room and kitchen in a very low price.

We were shocked with the bad level of this hotel, we changed the room 3 times, first one had many cockroaches, second bad washroom, even the 3rd had issues but we managed hardly. I can't understand how such hotel exisit in the heart of dubai!

Better living hotel apartments is an excellent place to stay with close proximity to metro station restaurants and very convenient. The staff is very good and friendly, had a good experience staying.

Not good, as three time to change the door access not working, door saftey chain not locking as it was wrongly fixed, carpet has big marks

- rude staff - no cleaning - towels not changed - no utensils provided on hotel apartment ( until l asked) - all items like chairs etc are old - walls broken inside the room

Had a pleasant stay at the apartment. Though it is an apartment type of stay, it is no less than a hotel stay. The rooms and linen were clean and tidy as you would find in a 5 star hotel. Though the staff is limited and hence the service, but we were okay with the same.

Facilities. Check in takes too long, no towel in room which after request towels provided and they were broken, no slipper and after request they provided. Towel damage chain lock not there celing damage

I stayed during oct when most hotels were full and prices were really high. This hotel has a great location and very friendly staff - however, it is understaffed because there are no waiters in the restaurant. The chef has to do everything - cooking, serving, clearing the dishes. It's the housekeeping staff which brings room service. Very importantly, the owner needs to spend some money in taking care of basic upkeep and improvements, which will not cost them too much money and which will leave guests a bit more satisfied. Paint was peeling in many places, carpet needs to be replaced, wardrobe & cabinet doors need to be repaired, etc. Further, they need to provide more plugs for charging. Finally, you need to ask for everything for the kitchen and they provide you with two 500 ml bottles of drinking water during checkin. Most hotels replenish that on a daily basis during the course of your stay.

The property is located at a very easy to reach location and lots of shopping places are nearby. My room was neat, well lit and fresh.

Sofa was broken n in dubai children below 12 years are not chargeable but this hotel has been charged aed for child. So very disappointing n we told to extension but they didnt respond n told that please check out n service was pathetic. No use bcoz nothing will happen now so kindly wont suggest anyone of this hotel.

Hotel reception staff, housekeeping staff and the food canteen staff was very good. Breakfast was good. Hygiene was maintained. Overall the quality of food served was good. Hotel is in a prime place so commuting to different places becomes easy. Had a pleasant stay.
