It's a indian hotel. The area is very close to meena bazaar. If u want to feel india then go for it otherwise prefer downtown dubai area. The very negative thing about this hotel is that they do not have any staff to take the luggage to your room. Its a self service hotel so you have to do your work on your own. Pleade avoid

Comfortable and safe stay, kms nearer to adcb metro. Have luggage storage services. It would’ve better if they provided shuttle to nearest metro.

Stay at citymax was excellent, good services, food ok, only price i think was more if compare to the facilities. At this price of rs. 9000 per day, you can fine more better place near by. Just my view.

Good hotel in bur dub

I stayed in hotel city max bur dubai for three days. The room was clean. Hotel staff were not cooperative. The location of this hotel is very good. Breakfast manu was the same for all three days.

Room was small nothing there in room no slipers no tissue box and room is not clean also and ac is also not working propley

I prefer single day stay, long term stay they don't provide proper cleaning and other amenities, like water tissue n all we have to keep follow up to get it

Very bad, as per price it's not upto the, room size and bed size all are very small. No dental kit, no savings kit. No separate shoap. Always try to provoke customer to buy perfume or outside car driver are also bad

We booked with two bed because we are 3 but the reception didn’t give us the 2 bed. Shower heater is not working well. We also ask for assistance for the vault because our daughter accidentally luck the vault but no one came.
