It was good experience good location of hotel and also the staff there was nice. They regularly check and maintain the cleaning properly.

Our stay at copthorne dubai was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The hotel's location near the metro station made it easy to explore the city. The food options were diverse and delicious, catering to various tastes. Small room, ignorant staff and bad room service

Very small room i asked for an upgrade and i wanted to pay they completely ignored me i would wait for at least 3-4 hours till room service brings me a dental kit, i asked for a vanity kit since 2 days and they didn’t bring it yet. Such a terrible experience i would only recommend it if you have work near deira other than that, literally don’t even think about it

Birthday celebration

I celebrated my birthday in the hotel. Upon check in we met ahmed. He gave a complimentary upgrade which was amazing. Rohit from housekeeping & the pool staff was very courteous and smiling. Thank you guys!

The room is good, but the staff in the reception cashier are not friendly at all. When we ask something they got annoyed knowing that it’s their job to assist us!

It was pleasant and friendly staff especially ms yea b tsega very polite and happily serving customers with a smile. The rooms are very clean and the cleaners are doing the job well, like mr. Sahoo, all in all the hotel is perfect we are happy we stayed there.

My stay was excellent. Check was good and fast. Room service and cleaning good. Always stay at corp-thorn as the metro is close by. City centre mall is 2 min away walking.

Its our second time at copthorne and they never disappoint us. From yaeb at reception to fawaz at bell desk was very patient and accomodating. The place itself is very tidy. We stayed at a deluxe 1 bedroom and was very lovely with a nice balcony. The place is very near to metro and a mall and the area has lots of restaurants to choose.

Hotel was good, breakfast was well spread. Room upkeep nd day today attending of room was not upto mark. Location was good. Front office staff was very cooperative.

It was a good experience. It's a great place to stay if you are on vacation in dubai. The airport is just 10-20 minutes from the hotel. Do not miss the hotel provided free shuttle for kite beach and dubai outlet mall.

Location and price wise very good, the only problem is the cleanliness in the rooms and the breakfast serving area. Though their rooms are 100% booked but operating with very few support staffs. With the level of occupancy they can easily employ some more support staffs, the small roadside restaurants have more staffs than the hotel restaurant
