It was good. But some negative points like when we checked in the cards were not working, we went down again to change the cards when we went in with the helper, the moment he opened the door we knew it was a smoking room and the receptionist guaranteed that it was nonsmoking, so we went down again to sort it, they upgraded the room for free and we appreciate it. But unfortunately, the microwave was not working, the lights over the bed were not turning off, and no bath mat was ready. But we liked the cleanliness, it was quiet, and we appreciated the housekeeping and the helpers.
Room is cozy and have clean. View from room awesome. Staaf behavior is friendly. They offer room upgrades free of charge.

Great room n great location. The ac was not working in our room so they immediately upgraded our room. It is my second time stay at this property. Loved it both the times.

Tastefully decorated and well equipped dam-ac mason cur jar-dine is perfect for a long stay with family. Apartments are spacious airy and located centrally near amenities and within walking distance of public transport. With 2 bathrooms and shower the space is just perfect for families or a group of 3-4 will stay again when visiting dubai

Hotel reception and ac in the property

Ac in the rooms doesn't work properly. Sometimes it works very nicely and on someday it doesn't had to change 4 rooms to get a room with perfect ac. And about the people in the reception most of them are very good and responsive over your request but their is a guy i guess he is not a local guy. He is too arrogant to be in reception. One day my friend hadn't paid the tourism fee we went out for some work and came back he wasn't issuing a new key because he didn't pay mere 20 dirhams even though they had a deposit of 300 dirhams and we were staying thier for about 40 days. The way he talks to people is bit different. Please make sure you screen the people properly before you give them reception duty to handle. And one more thing the room service lady if you ask them for something like water bottles it will take them about 2 hrs. And i would give them a 3 star out of 5 for cleaning.

Bad behaviour by staff

Booking not shown for 2 hours and after that bad behaviour of staff and treated customers as prisioner and shown room very dirty no cleanliness too bad not refunded my money also when i asked to cancel booking

The hotel is located in the business district right close to burj khalifa and dubai mall. The hotel staff was helpful, courteous and polite.
