Fortune pearl stay was good.front office was also ok..but refrigerator was not working.on calling the service guys he said it's working n this much only it works.we had to change to other room.in the next room AC was not working.had to sleep one night wit min ac.the NXT day it was rectified.

I had a very nice experience with my stay at fortune pearl hotel in deira. We were two families with kids. Everything was flawless except that i had to call the housekeeping to provide the toiletries although they brought it quickly. The room was nice, very clean, everything was working and they kept providing us with the tea things on just a call as we were a tea family haha. I should really appreciate the housekeeping for their best service. There were no noise issues from the bar below as i’ve seen in some reviews about the same hotel. They actually gave us room on the 4th floor maybe that’s the reason. Breakfast buffet was awesome. It’s a kerala restaurant. All the items were hot and tasty and there was enough number of options. The receptionists were kind and served us nicely. The pool is clean and big enough and best for non swimmers and kids and the pool guy was very friendly but there’s no temperature control on the pool water. Parking facilities were flawless. They would send their driver to take our car to parking and quickly bring it back whenever we ask them for it. I had overall a pleasant stay at the hotel.

I came there for 10 day stay. 1. 5 /5 - only because less price
it was okay okay. Because of ed holidays there were no clubs. So it was peaceful. After that it was terrible. Not at all recommended to families especially south indians. Also no south indian restaurants nearby that location. Only option is care-em or noon. Tbh it felt like staying in nigeria or utopia! about hotel - 3 star - affordable - no good service- they give only 2 bottles a day, if we ask for water they will ask to pay. Even the toilet roll was not changed, when we checked the first day it was about to finish and when they came for the room service they didn't changed or kept a new one. There was a fowl smell in toilet. Then we bought a air freshener and hanged it in washroom. For taking a shower yellow colored dirty water was coming. And we waited till evening to take a shower. At night you can't sleep because of night clubs.

Because the hotel is near to airport, every 1 minute there is flight going up, it is very disturbing during night to sleep. Very noisy sound pollution is there. I couldn't sleep. Properly because of that sound in every 1 minute. Also during nights people talking outside the room also door closing sound was there continuously. As if our door is closing and opening so we woke up every-time to check whether our doors are knocked closed properly even if someone other in next room open or close main doors or bathroom door tat noise also disturbing us. We didn't get shampoo, bedroom slippers, also fridge was empty.
