Its a 3* hotel at the end of the day! basic room services are available. As for toiletries, soaps and towels are free and anything else is chargeable. They have an centralised air conditioning system from the ice age with no temperature control, either its at zero degrees or 50. Decent housekeeping staff!

One of the worst hotel stay ever in this hotel. Staff was so irritating and not supportive. Faced so many difficulties slippers were not provided

We stayed at dubai with grand astoria hotel, booked through makemytrip. The hotel is located with walking distance of metro station and bus station. Staff is courtesious and brunch was great. Loved the stay. Thank you mmt.

Hotel location is good, but the food quality is very poor, especially breakfast. The hotel is not well maintained.

Hotel location is very good for shopping and transport. Hotel staff is helpful. Ground floor and first floor many dance club and pubs

Bad experience, totally wast of money, wast of time and it was my wrong decision to book this hotel. Staff were not not, very bad customer service. In total 2/10🙄. Totally Unsatisfy.

It was so not good experience in this time we are staying before also but this time our 3rd visit in this hotel however it was not good experience. . We request for only 1 hour late check out they also denied for 1 hour and when we enter the room cleanness was not well and good.

Terrible rooms. Short breakfast options and timings. Clubs in the hotel were so loud that you cant sleep even on top floor
