Hi they charged me tourism fees of aed 15 per day between 4th dc to 16th dc but not given any receipts despite asking for the same

We stays yesterday night. Room was well maintained thanks re reception team and housekeeping mainly than from housekeeping for going beyond for us.

On google map but there are 2 hotels with almost the same name and even near. The room was good with more space they offered me. The reception staff, even the manager's behaviour was very good.

The room was full of noise from the clubs which were at ground floor. Even though i was given room at 7th floor, i could hear the music and people shouting

This was my second stray in this hotel. The rooms are large and the hotel as such is rather clean. The bathroom however would need some more attention! the glass doors are dirty, the tiles on the walls need a good cleaning too. The shower door was in a terrible state and the repairs were not looking very professional. Too much silicone grossly fixed on dirt! the windows to outside were also very dirty! otherwise, outside the bathroom, the room was ok

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a gym, pool, and spa, making my stay even more enjoyable. Safety and hygiene were top priorities, with frequent cleaning and sanitizing throughout the property. The food was delicious, with a variety of options for every meal, and the staff was attentive to all my needs. Overall, a great experience that i would highly recommend.
