Except from the 20 aed of cleaning charges the rest is fine. Rooms are old but spacious with comfort

Stay was just average. The services were very bad as the staff would not respond. First room had cockroach and i had to demand room change. I was specific i wanted a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. In the 2nd room, the shower knob had a problem. Though i had informed them but no one came and was just left.

It's ok if you want near the mall

Location is good, some of the staff are good some are rude. Room not so clean as you expect, most annoying part is them calling 11am asking if your interested in their buffet for 35 aed evert single day which is very annoying as i was sleeping that time. Also the housekeeping to call the room asking if to clean the room despite dnd on board. Not a good experience

I requested for a washroom without bathtub but they dont have. And there was something inside the blanket like cokroach or some small insects. Room was not cleaned properly

The property is well manage, room size very big, i stayed here executive suite with friends as well as lobby area also attractive, services and all things are good. I have enjoyed stay.

Been there for how many times but the last one, it's terrible no other tv channel except indians and cnn. Towel are always the issue everytime. You need to call how many times for towel then ended up to go down in the mid night to follow up the towel.

I want to raise complaint regarding the last stay it was worse stay at hotel just for a lipstik stain of my wife on bedsheet they charge me an extra amount of aed 150 and also abused by cleaning manager angelina i would like to make this complain to higher management as the staff is inappropriate and not even professional in nature it's bad stay i will keep on passing to all my circle not to visit this hotel and also write a bad review for stay

At the time of checkin hotel staff denied to accept the booking from makemytrip and made me wait for 3 hours. Also asked to give extra 100% amount at the reception to confirm the booking. I was in a different country and wondering why i had booked this hotel. Such a worst experience it was.

Junior staff are friendly. Management is arrogant. Demanded aed15 to request a plate & spoon. When i told i am sick & requested outside food since the food in hotel is not to my liking when i am ill, they didn’t permit delivery boy to room. I was made to get down to front desk with viral fever to update my stay. They are arrogant, nothing to do with hospitality

Very biased treatment- gave more importance to group bookings- cutlery was charged - aed 15- just for a t-spoon had to spend that amount, had a thought because it is a big group of hotels service will be good- terrible experience that we had to ask for everything including towels and tissues.

Good location. Indian food. Friendly staff. Close to burjuman metro and lulu hyper market. Parking facilities. Walking distance to burjuman mall and great restaurants

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years for a few days, but this time my stay was not at all satisfactory. They provided only 1 towel for 2 guest. No wash cloths, i had to request several times, the restroom trash can was rusted.
