When we booked that room price too high, when we visited hotel on 30th price 20k less then our actual booking. Very disappointed

Ok option for a small stay. 3 star hotel with limited facilities and services, compared to similar priced hotels in the area. We reached hotel at 12:30 and were asked to wait. No clarity from reception on when will the room be ready. They kept saying it can be ready anytime before 3 and they don't know exactly when. We had to argue with them and we got a room quickly after that. Breakfast has very limited options for indians and vegetarians. Since it is a 3 star, you need to carry your own luggage to the rooms from cab and vice vers. So if you have a lot of luggage, keep this in mind. As per the hotel, none of the similar star rating hotels have bell boys service.

Location was awesome, closer to all required amenities, the front desk staff; they were top notch, understanding, professional and very kind. Specially the staff during checkin were so cool, i guess their interaction made a pleasant environment after a tiring 18hour flight. So overall great place to stay. Try fill i tea !

It is a wonderful hotel placed at a very good location, but i would appreciate if they can increase the water bottles. As they provide barely 1l of water to 2 person occupancy. You have to choose water or coffee at the room. I would give 5 stars if not the the above mentioned problem. But this is one of the most sustainable hotels i have seen.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was big and the food was yummy specially from khana khazana coffee. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Starbucks coffee in the hotel lobby was very relaxing after a hectic day. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Stayed for 2 days breakfast wasn't okay, the hr mr amit is a nice guy, he told chef to prepare masala tea and told chef to make parathas many thanks. Rooms are best! receptionists are good

Rooms are comfortable and so is the stay overall. However i will say that breakfast has limited options in vegetarian, and the hotel allows only 2 towels in the room at one point of time. Other than that, everything is good, and absolutely worth the price

I choose property as it had indoor pool. The pool was good. Breakfast was also nice. There was a family freind also with me we had pretty good time

Excellent stay option for business travellers the rooms are comfortable and the staff is extremely courteous and prompt. The hotel is centrally located and eases your travel in the city

Location is good hotel has some conditions like persist check in 2 pm to keep you waiting long time i haven’t face that at any other hotel in dubai or other countries so i don’t recommend to stay again for this reason not flexible at all also took 1 hundred dirham as security i havnot received till now from 15th of july

Poor communication, booked for family but in the booking i choice for double bed but in the check in he give me the only option is twin bed to attached together but we are family with 1 kid 4yrs old. Bed not comfortable and room smell of cegarits on floor 6. My sister have ashma she want to change a room because of the smell but they dont have any solution to stay at same room and floor. Swimming pool is very sensitive to have noice of-curse we have kids. Dissapointed to stay for the first time will not come back again and i will not recommended to other

Ibis has always been home away from home the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean access to alot of places in dubai. Value for money, my stay has always been good
